I have been to this dealer 3 times for service, but have yet to buy a vehicle there, so my comments will not include the sales department. I took my 2020 Sedona in for the security recall and they did a nice job, but I am disappointed by the crooked notice stickers they placed in my windows. The staff is mostly friendly, courteous and professional. Wiat times vary. When I went in for the recall, they kept me there an hour longer than expected. When I went in for an oil change, they finished an hour sooner than promised, which was approximately 1.5 hours after we arrived.
About the customer waiting area. For a relatively new facility like this, the waiting area was pretty darned filthy. Nobody ever seems to properly clean the chairs and tables. They have free coffee and tea, but there is a vending machine for chips and other snacks. Considering the profits this kind of business brings in, I would think such trivial items could be offered for free as well. Other KIa dealers do indeed provide free snacks. Oh yes, the vending machine was partly out of service, as it would take coins, but not recognize their deposit, so only bills accepted. They should remove it entirely.
