This dealership is convenient for me. I leased my Kia Optima from Crown Kia Dublin 3 years ago and had a good experience. Leasing again was a no brainer. Mark Andrijowych made the experience pleasant. And he was very accommodating to someone (me) who kept changing her mind!!

Stopped in on November 20th to get a quote for a hitch and harness for my ‘24 Telluride. Kailyn told me the part has been replaced with one part number, total cost $478, and would be a couple day lead time. I questioned if everything would be included and she insisted yes, she has ordered this before. I saved my quote and placed the order by phone the next day. Called a week later on November 28th for an update and was told nothing had been received yet. Waited another week and called back December 6th. Derek said he had placed the order but it had apparently been cancelled in the system. Might need my VIN again to reorder the part. Waited until the next day to call me back and get my information because he had been too busy (great customer service on their screwup). Then he tells me the price is going to be $676 now. That was a nice slap in the face. I can get these parts cheaper online (including shipping) so I cancelled the order. These people don’t know what they are doing. Thanks for wasting two and a half weeks.

I have been to this dealer 3 times for service, but have yet to buy a vehicle there, so my comments will not include the sales department. I took my 2020 Sedona in for the security recall and they did a nice job, but I am disappointed by the crooked notice stickers they placed in my windows. The staff is mostly friendly, courteous and professional. Wiat times vary. When I went in for the recall, they kept me there an hour longer than expected. When I went in for an oil change, they finished an hour sooner than promised, which was approximately 1.5 hours after we arrived. About the customer waiting area. For a relatively new facility like this, the waiting area was pretty darned filthy. Nobody ever seems to properly clean the chairs and tables. They have free coffee and tea, but there is a vending machine for chips and other snacks. Considering the profits this kind of business brings in, I would think such trivial items could be offered for free as well. Other KIa dealers do indeed provide free snacks. Oh yes, the vending machine was partly out of service, as it would take coins, but not recognize their deposit, so only bills accepted. They should remove it entirely.

We brought our 2020 KIA Soul in to evaluate a noise that occurred when the vehicle was moving and making a right turn. The car had to be kept for additional evaluation for a few days during which time certain parts were replaced. The dealership contacted us numerous times for updates while the car was in their care but ultimately the source of the noise could not be found. The Service Manager assured me that the car would be safe to drive and to return if I noticed the noise becoming louder or more frequent. We were impressed with all the personnel that we met and want to call out especially Advisors Micah Norman and James Snyder as well as the Service Manager, Joe Kreuz. Good job!
