I had a problem with my new car, Service said Not a problem bring it in. Couldn't be more helpful, car could not be fixed straight away so they arranged for a replacement car until mine was fixed. Problem solved and back on the road, thanks to Ian in service who kept us informed every step of the way and not forgetting the person that makes it all happen. Norvell Todd. We can't say enough about the great service we received when we had to visit Grahamauto Mall in Mansfield on May 22, 2013. The repairs that we were there for were supposed to take half a day or so so we were offered to be shuttled somewhere. Our driver, Brian, was very pleasant and promptly took us to our destination. His attitude was just great although we know he was working under a lot of stress and he was continually getting more calls than he could take. When he picked us up he didn't even have time to take a lunch break (we know this because we asked, not because he told us). His calls were backed up, but we were still picked up very soon after our call to him. He was very pleasant and personable....a real asset to the company. Josh Schuler was the Service Advisor who handled our service. He went our of his way to take care of us. Our car was finished sooner than he thought it would be. The employees that we dealt with were all just exceptional.

I have taken my Hyundai Sante Fe into Jeff Wyler multiple times due to my check engine light being on. I noticed at first that they kept “fixing” things that had absolutely nothing to due with the check engine light codes that were listed. And sure enough soon afterwards the light would be right back on. This last time I took it in, it took them over two weeks to work on the car and they NEVER communicated a single thing to me throughout the process. I was met with dead air when I texted their line I was supposed to communicate through and my technician was barely ever there to talk to. I was finally forced to find a ride over there in person to get some answers. I was told my car would be ready on a particular day only to call over and be told my technician was pulled off of my car and that it wouldn’t be ready. What a disappointing process and experience and I will not be taking my car back there.

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

An update on yesterdays review. Later in the day I received a phone call from Tom Ahl himself. He apologised profusely, he wasn't aware of the current Hyundai service department wait time. He offered to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". He instructed me to bring the car in the following morning, I may have to leave it for the day and if that was the case I would be given the use of a loner. He wanted me to have a working air conditioner for the weekend. I opted to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Within 2 hours I was able to drive home. Well done Tom Alh you know how to go totally above and beyond to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". Yes I only gave 4 stars as I have to see if there is a find leak in the air conditioner. The air conditioner has been tested and filled with new freon that has a dye in it. If there is a leak the dye will indicate where it is. Yes I am a happy Hyundai customer/owner again.
