Kepich Ford has "the" best service department around. The hours are very convenient. If it's routine maintenance it's done quickly and professionally. If it's a more serious repair, Chuck and his crew give you full details on what is involved and what it will take to fix it. They also point out possible problems that may arise when doing their inspection. And they work on all brands, not just Ford products!

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

Richard Fabrizi (Service Advisor) and the Service Technician (I don't have his name but I think it was Tech A62) are my heroes! I had a breakdown on my 2012 Econoline Van that made it undriveable. Because I get my service done at Sharpnack Ford, I get the DriveSure benefit which includes Premium Roadside Assistance. I was able to have my full-size van towed at no cost to me to Sharpnack Ford on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning (before 9 am) Richard called and told me my van was all done and ready for me to pick up! Thank you to everyone who played a part in getting me back on the road. God Bless You All!

I purchased a used camero from this dealership in 2011 every other dealership i visited in Indiana and Illinois denied my credit and application but the professional at State Wide Ford help to get me approved for financing and the purchase of the car i wanted it took 2 weeks but I so appreciate their dedication as 14 other Chevy dealership wouldn't even consider me even though I work and could of afford the monthly payments.
