xxxx Poor Service. This is my 3rd go round in less than a year with the 2nd vehicle I bought from there. I have a wheel sensor wire hanging down, broke off. They told me Friday they would call me Monday to schedule an appt. to fix it, after telling me it would be $350 after warranty coverage-for a $30 wire. Needless to say, noone has even called yet. I could have lost my abs by now! So, shame on me for buying from them twice-but this place has just lost a customer forever. Terrible.

Took our vehicle in for the oil change. They were very prompt abaout getting our car in & serviced. They also washed the vehicle as an added service that we did not expect. If they do that for an oil change we know that we'll get great service all the way around. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly & helpful. That is something that we hadn't gotten at another dealership.

I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars .
