Aaren took the time to understand the problem I was experiencing with my 2000 Corvette. The problem was fixed by your dealership consistent in a timely and reasonable manner. After taking my Vette home, I discovered something else broken and believed the problem was caused by your dealership. Aaren convinced me otherwise and did a good job of helping me solve the new issue. I find him to be a honest person who cares about his customer, employer and fellow employees. He's a keeper!

I had heard ggod things about Ganley Chevy in Aurora from several people. So, today I took my bosses 2024 Eqinox in to investigate a cabin vibration/buzzing noise that was distracting her. I heard it too while riding with her and we were both stumped about what it could be. For sure it had to be a loose panel or some type of fitting. Well, thanks to Service Duty Manager, Rob, the issue was resolved very quickly. During the test drive with him, he reached up to the eyeglass holder and pulled out a pair of sunglasses. Thde buzzing stopped instantly. Feeling quite embarassed, I sheepishly thanked Rob. He made me feel better by saying he learns his craft every day and dont feel embarassed. Hde drove me back to the dealership and had my car washed. No waiting, no service fees, no red tape. Just a smile and salutation for a good rest of my day. That's the kind of service that tends to fall by the wayside with corportate America. Well done Rob. THANK YOU! JIm Entsminger Cleveland, Ohio.

Ernie Kelly and the Service team at Lee Kinstle are great tp work with. I sent Ernie a text about my vehicle and with in a few minutes he had someone from service out to pick it up. They took it in fixed what needed done and brought it back with in 2 hours. Thank you Ernie and the Service department

Took our vehicle in for the oil change. They were very prompt abaout getting our car in & serviced. They also washed the vehicle as an added service that we did not expect. If they do that for an oil change we know that we'll get great service all the way around. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly & helpful. That is something that we hadn't gotten at another dealership.
