Recently purchased a used 20 Traverse, I had the vehicle serviced and went to pick it up and I forgot a coupon with a savings of 20.00. they refused to give it to me because I did not have the coupon with me. What ever happened to good customer service. I have two Companies and Im in the process of buying two more vehicle's for my Company. Obviously it wont come from Graham Chevy.

Scratched the whole side of my truck - Hoffman418

Brought my 2014 Silverado in today for an oil change and recall fix and when I got my truck back there was a long white scratch down the side of my truck. I'm guessing from the car wash. I let service know about the problem and they said they would fix it that it should polish right off. After waiting for them to fix it they said it polished right off. Which the white Mark did but there are still deep scratches in the clear coat and on the tail light. I'm not satisfied with there quick fix and kick me out the door. Going to have to find another delearship I quess and will have to have a body shop to fix the scratches in the clear coat.

Excellent easy and pleasant. Would describe my greenwoods chevrolet experience. Salesman Joe Kovacich was told my information and where I needed to be at for approval and to feel comfortable about my deal. And did he ever deliver !!! I would suggest going to Joe for anyone's future purchases for he made the deal as I said up top easy and pleasant.

Ive bought several vehicles from there, and my salesman Kenny did everything in his power to make me happy. Sadly Kenny left and i did buy my next new vehicle from him at another chevy dealer but still continued my service at Greenwood Hubbard Chevy. Last year i took my husband to Greenwood Hubbard Chevy Josh was our salesman, it was the worst experence EVER. He was rude, very short and didnt even go over the vehicle we bought, come to find out he has issues with samesex couples. Now to the service dept.....over the past three years the service dept has SEVERELY went down hill..I took my car in today for a 15k check up and to have my front and rear park assist installed, job that was only to take 2 hours took 6.5 hours no explanations, no nothing, this is not adding all the other multiple problems ive had in the sevice dept and would take to long to explain. So, my recommendation, GO ELSWHERE!!! BUYER BEWARE, AND PEOPLE WHO NEED SERVICE........GO ELSE WHERE!!!! MY NEXT VEHICLES WILL BE BOUGHT ELSWHERE AND IM LOOKING FOR A NEW SERVICE DEPT. I RARELY EVER POST THINGS THAT ARENT DEROGATORY BUT ANYMORE ITS GOTTEN TO BE TOO MUCH.

Avoid this dealer when purchasing a new or used vehicle. I have a 1998 S-10 truck with a 3 year/50,000 mile warranty on a SRTA transnission. They refused to honor the warranty and did not even inspect the truck. The installing GM dealer could not understand why they did this without inspecting the vehicle.

Aaren took the time to understand the problem I was experiencing with my 2000 Corvette. The problem was fixed by your dealership consistent in a timely and reasonable manner. After taking my Vette home, I discovered something else broken and believed the problem was caused by your dealership. Aaren convinced me otherwise and did a good job of helping me solve the new issue. I find him to be a honest person who cares about his customer, employer and fellow employees. He's a keeper!

I had a minor warranty issue with my 2023 C8 Corvette. Service Tech Jacob White evaluated the issue and scheduled a service appointment within a few days. When I arrived for my appointment, Jacob already had the car checked in and the issue was resolved within the estimated 1 hour quoted time frame. Excellent overall experience.

My Chevy Suburban is now a very seasoned vehicle, but I NEVER mind taking it in for service to Ganley in Aurora - John, Dan & Korey are gems and gents. They always provide sound advice on my service options with my family’s safety as paramount. I appreciate their honesty and smiling faces every time I step in the door. I love my Chevy, but I LOVE my dealership more (Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora). That’s a tagline from the heart!
