Over the past years, Billi has always been there, calmly, professionally, and knowledgeably working out ANY problem we had with any of the 4 cars we have serviced there. If I needed to get in for service, she'd find a way. She knew the history of all of our cars and her mechanical knowledge was always helpful in knowing how to deal with the many challenges I presented her. Billi will be missed!

This was my first visit to Chevrolet of Dublin. I had an appointment to have an alternator replaced. As I was driving to dealer, within a 1/4 mile, my truck stopped at an intersection. I called and talked with Mindy and then the Service Dept came to my rescue. Within an hour they had be back on the road again. These guys are the greatest. I have been a loyal GM/Chevy driver for over 35 years. Robert Meade in the Service Dept and Mindy Dillie in Parts has earned ALL my future business. Thank you Robert and Mindy!

Bought a Range Rover Sport Long Distance to have - SCOTT

Bought a Range Rover Sport Long Distance to have delivered. Service was good until after the sale. Then crickets! Paul will not return phones calls after delivery, which was a total mess. They were a day late to start off with. The day of delivery they were an hour and a half late and then they Would Not Deliver to our address. I had to walk to find my car a third of a mile past my house. Called them numerous times and they just kept saying they were in front of my house! NOT SO! This No Service cost us $500. Once the car was received the next issue was the dealership sent us the vehicle with a low battery. Because of this the info system could not be set up correctly and kept saying that the low battery could cause problems driving. We to tried to call Paul and never returned our calls. Even spoke with the Manger about the delivery issues said he would call us back Never Did. We have taken the Rover to our Certified Mechanic and awaiting what this will cost us. How does a dealership say the car was serviced and then we receive and have to replace the battery... we hope that is all. So much for Customer Service

They are so friendly and honestly do everything they car to fix your car the right way! They have now fixed my car two time from cole valley Cadillac messing it up or not having the right part! I didn’t have a appointment but they still took my car the next day after I called to explain what the other dealership did to me. I will always being taking now car here from now on even though I bought my car at the other place. I would rather cole valley in newton falls to get my business anyways bc I live right across the street!

Wonderful service! We stopped in unexpectedly while passing through on our trip home without an appointment due to car trouble, Shane was able to diagnose our Buick and found the problem and had it fixed in an hour. The only Buick service center around with later hours on Thursday. Highly recommend! Also, great customer service and facility!
