I am writing to express my urgent need for a headlamp for my 2016 Buick Enclave, which has been in the repair shop for over two months due to damages sustained. After an extensive search, it has come to my attention that your establishment is the only place where this particular part is available.
Regrettably, I have encountered a significant obstacle in procuring the needed headlamp. Despite my willingness to cover all associated expenses, including shipping costs, I have been informed by your shop that the part is available for local pick-up only, with no option for shipment.
Given the circumstances and the extended duration my vehicle has been undergoing repairs, I implore you to reconsider your policy and accommodate my request for the shipment of the headlamp. This would greatly expedite the resolution of the repair process and alleviate the inconvenience I have endured.
