The service was good, didn't take as long as I thought it would. However, it was very expensive for the service I had done. I will look around next time and try and find a new place to get work done.

I recently bought a 2025 GM Trax from the Mark Walburg Chevrolet dealership on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. About a month in, I had a little concern and needed to set up a service appointment. Let me tell you, dealing with service departments can be a bit daunting, but my experience was different! I was warmly welcomed by Ted Ambrose, a service advisor, who really took the time to listen to my concerns. He made sure to expedite the service for me, which I truly appreciated. My car was diagnosed quickly, and I left feeling really happy with the top-notch service I received. A huge thank you to Ted Ambrose for going above and beyond! Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…

They are so friendly and honestly do everything they car to fix your car the right way! They have now fixed my car two time from cole valley Cadillac messing it up or not having the right part! I didn’t have a appointment but they still took my car the next day after I called to explain what the other dealership did to me. I will always being taking now car here from now on even though I bought my car at the other place. I would rather cole valley in newton falls to get my business anyways bc I live right across the street!
