I recently bought a 2025 GM Trax from the Mark Walburg Chevrolet dealership on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. About a month in, I had a little concern and needed to set up a service appointment. Let me tell you, dealing with service departments can be a bit daunting, but my experience was different! I was warmly welcomed by Ted Ambrose, a service advisor, who really took the time to listen to my concerns. He made sure to expedite the service for me, which I truly appreciated. My car was diagnosed quickly, and I left feeling really happy with the top-notch service I received. A huge thank you to Ted Ambrose for going above and beyond! Bob the service manager took the time to talk to me about the freak issue that occurred with my recently purchased used Traverse. Fair price on services all in all, and easy to work with team. My driveshaft FELL out of my recently purchased used Traverse, and I had vehicle towed there. I didn’t buy my used car from Classic Chevy but I hope what happened to my car gets the team/ people everywhere consumers and mechanics thinking about the level of responsibility they have selling and buying used cars.

They are so friendly and honestly do everything they car to fix your car the right way! They have now fixed my car two time from cole valley Cadillac messing it up or not having the right part! I didn’t have a appointment but they still took my car the next day after I called to explain what the other dealership did to me. I will always being taking now car here from now on even though I bought my car at the other place. I would rather cole valley in newton falls to get my business anyways bc I live right across the street!
