This group has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are extremely courteous and professional and the dealership is so clean!! I bought my car there and only have it serviced there. I’m always impressed each time I go there for service.

reps very friendly and courteous.. service was prompt and informative.. reps very concerned with any additional concerned and addressed then accordingly.. only suggestion i would suggest is that an estimate be given of how much time it may take for the issues involved so customers can prepare.. I was actually on my lunch break that day and did not expect for my visit to be 2.5 hours.. other than that excellent service

Service department is great .. they get you in on time and the waiting period for your car to be done is not long at all . Alec Dadas helped with my first service appt & was very efficient. I would totally recommend them .

I recently bought a 2025 GM Trax from the Mark Walburg Chevrolet dealership on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. About a month in, I had a little concern and needed to set up a service appointment. Let me tell you, dealing with service departments can be a bit daunting, but my experience was different! I was warmly welcomed by Ted Ambrose, a service advisor, who really took the time to listen to my concerns. He made sure to expedite the service for me, which I truly appreciated. My car was diagnosed quickly, and I left feeling really happy with the top-notch service I received. A huge thank you to Ted Ambrose for going above and beyond! This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
