I have had some issues with my car and they were courteous, professional. They gave me a loaner car and fixed problem quickly. No other dealer has met this standard and has made a problem with my car a small issue. I will never go anywhere else. I will say that Skip in service is a well polished professional and really cares about his customers along with his staff.

They are so friendly and honestly do everything they car to fix your car the right way! They have now fixed my car two time from cole valley Cadillac messing it up or not having the right part! I didn’t have a appointment but they still took my car the next day after I called to explain what the other dealership did to me. I will always being taking now car here from now on even though I bought my car at the other place. I would rather cole valley in newton falls to get my business anyways bc I live right across the street!

Such a wonderful place for buying and service!! I stopped in Saturday for an oil change and they had a cookie trailer for customer appreciation day...i don't know how often they do that but it was great timing and so nice

Took my van in for speedo recalibration, was told it was - Duvall826

Took my van in for speedo recalibration, was told it was good. Returned to have it done again on the same day after finding it to still be incorrect. Was told it was good and the service tech drove it and verified it. Service writer asked me to come outside with him to show me that his service dept. smashed the front of my van with another customer vehicle. After all of this , while I was driving home I found the speedometer was still incorrect by checking it with the GPS on my phone. I called to tell the service dept. it was still wrong and that I would like my money back. They advised me that they warned me that it might not work when I took it in and no refund would be issued. Still waiting to see if my van will be fixed and if the work will be of any quality. Columbiana Ford service dept. did advise me that they would make it right. I will follow up when repairs have been made.
