Terrible Service after the sale - johnd
My wife purchased a used vehicle in Urbana, Sales people were OK, but the service department is useless. After the sale we had tires that leaked down constantly. After two visits we gave up. In January SVG did an oil change. 86 miles and two days later the add oil light came on, 2.5 quarts low. I called SVG to let them know they failed to put in enough oil. The service manager insists there is a problem with the engine, and it used the oil, even though there is no sign of leakage or oil in either the radiator or exhaust, this much oil in 86 miles would leave an indication..... I talked with Jeff Vangorder (manager I guess), he promised to follow up. He did call to tell me he would get the vehicle in to be checked and fixed....no contact since. Bottom line, DONT TRUST their service or their promises from management.
