I wouldn’t do business with any other dealership at this point. Service is great! And so is the Service Dept., with Bill and all at the service desk, employees, they aim to please and get it right!!

I didn’t buy my Car from Twin but I WILL take it there for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they said I would have to leave the car for the whole day! I called Twin, spoke to service mgr. Mark. He said bring it in-should take about an hour. I did and they re-programmed it and I was out in 1 hr and 15 min. The service department was so friendly and the wait area was clean and had coffee/tea. And they didn’t even charge me for it! I’m 82 and was so happy I didn’t have to make arrangements to leave my car for the entire day!! Best service department ever! Dale.

Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a problem with my car radio. Finally, they suggested I should go back to Ganley Buick for a repair. Service Dept took approximately 15 minutes to resolve problem! I'm embarrassed to admit the problem was of my making. I accidentally hit the mute on the radio - something I didn't know existed. I know now but service was very kind about not pointing this out to me. So Thank You to everyone in Service for kindness and promptness.

Fri Apr 14 2023 Took my Enclave in for oil change The incompetent mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter and oil was all over my frame. This is because I drove the express home and my engine could have been damaged. And we all know Ballas wouldn't except responsibility. They said they check all fluids, well my transmission fluid was also a quart low. xxxx Ballas forever. I will go back to Lincolns

Over the past years, Billi has always been there, calmly, professionally, and knowledgeably working out ANY problem we had with any of the 4 cars we have serviced there. If I needed to get in for service, she'd find a way. She knew the history of all of our cars and her mechanical knowledge was always helpful in knowing how to deal with the many challenges I presented her. Billi will be missed!

Such a wonderful place for buying and service!! I stopped in Saturday for an oil change and they had a cookie trailer for customer appreciation day...i don't know how often they do that but it was great timing and so nice
