I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

If I could I will rate a 0. We came with a problem what we knew and the check engine light was on. They even did not paty attention to it . They took the money for the diagnostic and when we ask for the check engine problem they even didn't check it.
