I purchased an Infiniti q60 hard top convertible many years ago from this dealership. It still runs perfectly. But more importantly the service I receive at this dealership is really unequalled compared to any other dealership I have purhcased a car from before. I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed. I'll buy my next Infiniti from this dealership and will certainly ask Ed for guidance when that occurs. You won't be disappointed if you work with Ed at the Infiniti of Akron. Steve Rosenberg

Very poor service, incompetent service technicians. Took a car for diagnostic at the end of September, paid the fee and was told that there is no problem, and I am imagining the humming sound. Just few weeks later they are telling me I have to replace transfer case for $9K. What a joke! no attempts to rectify the situation, no explanation, and managed to charge me for 2nd diagnostic again.
