I have made three attempts to get information on a warranty claim for my Jeep Rubicon that I purchased there last year. I have still heard nothing after being promised the last time when I stopped in, I would hear something by the end of the day. That’s been more than a week ago. Rain was very good at his job. He was very patient and thorough as well as courteous at all times.
