Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much

I spent the last 45 years buying from one salesman. I have searched around for someone to replace him since he retired with no luck. I then pulled up to Thomas Auto Centers and was greeted at my car by Kevin Frye. He had a big smile on his face and seemed genuinely happy to see us. After a couple hours and a lot of questions, we decided that he was going to be "our guy". We told him we didn't have our trade in and that didn't bother him one bit. He said he would be more than happy to work with us at a future date. We emailed back and forth after that and setup a time that worked best for both of us. When we made it back in, he had two other customers at the same time and we knew we picked the right guy. We found the right vehicle and Kevin even stayed past closing time so we could take it home that night. I am so pleased with our experience and will send everyone I know in to see him. Broke my car - Taken advantage of

Took car in for diagnostic. They told me to bring it in they would get to it. Two days later I call they said they couldn't fix it charge me. Then I started it. Sounded like the took exhaust off. They said it sounded like that when I dropped it off. Warning if u leave ur vehicle their it might b missing parts.
