Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. Very happy that we can count Erica as our sales advisor. I plan on returning to let Taylor Cadillac service my car. Upon entering, we felt a warm welcoming presence. My family and I had the pleasure of working with a very nice young lady by the name of Cecily. I came in to look at Ford transit cargo vans that would be suitable for my vending business. I ended up with a 2023 Ford transit 250 which I took delivery on today. When I went to test drive it a check engine light came on which both the mechanic at your facility and the mechanic that I took it to for a free purchase inspection attributed to having sat without being driven for a long period of time. When I called back to speak to Cecily and discuss some logistical details on Monday, she informed me that the check engine light came back on and she took it to the Ford dealer who determined that the reason for the check engine light coming on, was due to the fact that a mouse had chewed the wiring harness. As I understand that the wiring harness was not covered under the factory warranty, but your facility went ahead and covered the cost of replacing the whole wiring harness. On the drive home no check engine lights came on. Here’s hoping I can make it to 200,000 miles in this thing.
