The personal service and dedication to serving the customer as well as providing a professional business atmosphere is clearly is a priority for the family business. I was very nervous about making a large purchase and have limited knowledge about buying vehicles. Took wife’s 2017 enclave in for warranty work, dead battery and no start. While it was there they decided the a/c system needed cleaned and took it apart to do so. Had to take the car back 2 more times because the a/c system didn’t work after they cleaned it. For icing on top, we went to return the enclave lease there and they refused to accept it because we leased it from different dealer. You can return gm lease at any dealer. xxxx poor service work and xxxx poor customer service…. Never again!

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.

We've been dealing with Sims in Euclid for almost 10 years. We first went there for help with a 2011 GMC Terrain with the 2.4L engine. Since then we've also bought vehicles there. We drive over 100 miles each way because there is simply no other dealership in our region whose service has even come close. The service writers are seasoned, experienced professionals who not only handle the paperwork but also guide the techs' troubleshooting and workflow. Very highly recommended.
