Had told them the tire light keeps going on after it’s been reset, they said nothing wrong with it and reset it again but never drove it after, so of course when we took it the light came back on. Not very impressed with this service

We have never been treated so poorly by a dealership service department. The guy at the service department desk was rude and lied to us multiple times. When I called him out on it he was trying to backtrack and say oh I must’ve misspoke. Please don’t lie to customers and tell them that you can diagnose a head gasket by opening the hood and starting the engine and looking at it for less than 2 minutes.

Just warning anyone and everyone to take vehicle repairs elsewhere. The lady at the check-in is very rude, she thinks she knows everything, but knows absolutely nothing. She will say one thing and then do the other. They will always quote you low just to get you in the door. This is a big no no for repair shops. You will leave there paying three times the quote price guaranteed. I gave this repair shop three strikes, three separate times and they missed badly all three times. Please before taking here do your homework!
