I had my vehicle in the service department for a check engine light and a Def issue and the service was excellent. While I was there, I was fortunate to get a new truck experience with Beth, a sales Associate. She is by far the best sales person I have ever met. She shows the professional attitude, shows the vehicles knowledgeably, follows up with her customers, cares about the important things they have going on and does it all with class. Hands down, worst sales and service experience I've ever had. The vehicle was not as described. After purchase, i had to have multiple issues repaired that were undisclosed. The service desk personal were extremely un friendly. I had no idea what was going on when i asked questions and never answered phone calls. Technichian was extremely sloppy with the repairs and left multiple things loose and grease all over my vehicle. If i could give negative stars, i would.
