I had a pleasant experience without feeling any pressure. I laughed and joked with the people there like we were old friends. I made it clear that I was only exploring the option, not there to necessarily buy but it turned out that I did buy and honestly, it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. All of my questions and concerns were addressed along with reassurance that if I had any other questions, to not hesitate to reach out. Nice part about that was that they meant it. I've worked with people a long time and you can always tell when someone says 'don't hesitate to reach out' if it's honest or just xx.

Zach learned a bit about what I was looking for and had a car waiting for me when I arrived. There was zero pressure and answered all of my questions. Marshal was also so helpful in talking through the different financing decisions. Made the process almost too easy and I drove my new car off the lot that day. As someone who hates car dealerships, this was a great experience.
