Working with Valley Imports was great all around. I liked the option to schedule a test drive appointment online. The text message service for communication was also very easy and worked seamlessly. I appreciated that Maria explained Valley Import's sales philosophy and pricing upfront. She provided me all details needed for me to make a decision on the vehicle and even asked when she should follow up to ensure I didn't feel pressured. Maria was able to pick me up from home so I didn't have to figure out the shuttle process with my old car (not traded in). The entire process was seamless and pressure free. Marshall was also great to work with for financing. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Could not recommend their team or the experience more. I am very happy with my certified preowned purchase!
