At the time I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I also purchased the Freedom Warranty. Well 5 months after purchase, I took it to a shop to start a claim because it was making a loud noise. The warranty company inspected the Jeep and found that the drive shaft was bad, as well as, the transfer case motor. Their inspection report stated that the drive shaft was a long term pre-existing condition and would not be covered. Not to mention the transfer case motor is a non covered part. This dealer sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a faulty drive shaft at the time of sale. When contacting the dealer and speaking with Brian Jones, they refuse to take any responsibility for the issue and only want to blame the customer. I am now out an additional nearly $2000 for repairs I was not planning on paying. Did I mention, I have only had the vehicle for 5 months?! I was able to cancel the warranty for a prorated refund also but that was just as big of a hassle that you have to go through the dealership for. If you are looking for a safe, reliable vehicle for your family then this is NOT the place. This dealership is deceitful and the warranty they upsell to you is useless. I have lived in the area my whole life and have never had an experience as terrible as this when purchasing a car whether from a dealer or private seller. Go elsewhere, I promise you won't regret it!!

No pressure sales. They deal almost exclusively with former fleet vehicles. So they vary in quality, features, and total miles. The trucks are priced accordingly. The truck I went there for was not in the condition I hoped for but I had no problem finding another that fit my needs. Just know that upkeep of each vehicle varies. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a very easy car buying experience.

Sales Manager, Cheryl Furcini, was awesome! BMW of Myrtle Beach stated in writing that they guaranteed repair of the head unit on the used Infiniti that I purchased from them. However, when they received the estimate for a new unit they wouldn't do so and only agreed to pay the deductible. I dealt with BMW of Myrtle Beach from October through January with no luck (complete run around). On Jan 12, Cheryl at Infiniti reached out to my warranty company to see if I could go that route for repair since BMW went back on their word. She researched and found a pre-owned head unit and 15 business days later it was repaired! I appreciate her superb customer service, responsiveness, and friendly demeanor. I will never do business with BMW or Myrtle Beach again, but Infiniti of Wilmington definitely has my business.

This company called after business hours, to get information from me demanding it was an emergency. It was not. The same person did not actively listen or follow up with any of the information that she said she would send me then blamed me for her rudeness and lack of professionalism. If you want to do business to get abused and yelled and treated like an idiot, this is the place for you. If not, then I would not recommend this place based on their awful customer service.

It took a few weeks and a little patience, but we ended up driving off the lot with a great ride! Enterprise was not the only dealership that we visited. 1 day late and they're threatening repo. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them. I took them lots of documentation regarding losing my job (as she requested) and the "finance" lady said that it still won't stop repo process. They have NO SENSE OF LOYALTY FOR THE CUSTOMER AND ARE MONEY HUNGRY! This is the last time I'll do business with them. I need my car so I had to use bill MONEY. I told her this, and she just says "Ok. We'll take the money. Will your next payment be on time?" Awful customer, awful people skills. Dallas location on Harry Hines Blvd. The Desoto, Texas store is A LOT better. That's where I purchased my other two vehicles from. Stay away from the Harry Hines store, especially the "finance dept". #JOKE

I bought a 2002 Chevy Malibu with 109,000 miles on it for $4100 plus tax, title, and tags of for $190, for a total of $4290. I was told by my mechanic that was a fair price. It drove smoothly in the test drive. I bought the Malibu as is, with no warranty. Jerry told me there was a little trouble with the key and I might have to jiggle it to get it out. I went straight to my pharmacy and could not get the key out. I went to my mechanic at Snapdragon. He got the key out then we tried to start the car. The ignition would not turn. It was frozen. I did not even have the car two hours and I could not drive it. My mechanic argued with Jerry. Jerry finally agreed to pay for the parts for the lock and ignition. I had to pay the labor. Jerry had reminded me the car was sold as is and said he was doing me a favor. I did not favor his selling me a used car that was defective. Thank God for a good and honest mechanic.

All 5 stars truly earned. Top notch dealership in all aspects from working with the customers to get what they want, to ensuring all concerns and issues are addressed. I got an amazing deal on a 2012 Chevy Traverse. I shopped around and similar vehicles at other dealerships, including new car dealerships had more mileage and a higher price tag. I don't know how Mike pulls it off but he gets top quality pre owned cars. The staff was truly amazing and treats you like family. Highly recommend KarMike USA for a pleasurable car buying experience!

I called three times, left messages each time with the name of phone number. No one returned my call. Third call. I finally got a salesman after holding oN about five minutes. Every question I asked the salesman he had to go to the sales manager for the answer, I asked to speak to the sales manager, and he would not talk to me. I made a cash offer. He said I have to come in before they will even discuss it I live in Myrtle Beach and Fayetteville is over two hours away. I would not rather far if I didn’t know what the cash price was going to be. Salesman said it had it for several months I had two or three people interested but no one purchased a car , I’m a buyer, but they didn’t care, I had to ask the salesman to take my name and number. they also charge over $500 documentarily to whatever price is agreed on. I am waiting for the sales manager to call me. I guess they don’t care whether they sell the car or not. Wayne Hemphill

We just bought our first car from Larry Whicker Motors, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I had checked out convertibles at two other local dealerships, but I was treated better and was offered a higher trade-in value at LWM. They are professional, personable, show high integrity, and most importantly Larry and his people go "above and beyond". Larry noticed I had nearly-new tires on my trade-in, so he proactively offered to add new tires to the car we wanted. Later on, Daniel answered all my email questions then kept me informed on the progress of detailing and tire install, while we waited for our car to be ready. Megan was timely in providing me exact numbers on the deal, plus she was efficient and professional in finalizing the paperwork -- even calling our insurance company to expedite our immediate coverage. Finally, LWM made sure that we had a full tank of gas and that our new car was immaculately detailed. Larry, Daniel, Zack, and Megan are all to be commended for such great customer service. I will be sure to go there first in the future, when looking for another used vehicle!
