Chris, at High Country Truck and Van, helped my son and myself decide on and purchase a truck for my son. He described each detail of the truck we were interested in clearly to me so that I could phone and tell my son who was at work. This didn't bother Chris. In fact, I have never experienced a more relaxed purchase of a vehicle! He was able to draw up all necessary paperwork including the bank loan before my son could join us. (Telco Community Credit Union is there on site!) My son is extremely pleased with his "new" 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD! Chris and the staff I met at High Country Truck and Van demonstrated excellent skill, knowledge and understanding of vehicles and salesmanship. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Working with Tom at Savvy Wheels was the easiest car buying experience I've had. I was very upset when a car I loved was totaled in a car accident and I was give only a short time with a rental to find a replacement. I knew I wanted a Subaru, so I contacted Tom who was extremely knowledgeable about the two models I was considering. He kept an eye out for me at the auctions, and got me exactly what I needed. I have since added over 30,000 miles to the car I purchased and it has only needed basic maintenance. I have referred friends to Tom, and they have all enjoyed working with him and are also satisfied with their purchases.

Use caution when buying from this dealership. Trusting these guys was a $16,000 mistake for me. Bought a truck and after signing paperwork and paying them the salesman agreed to put fuel in it. The salesman drove and the truck didn’t even make it to the gas station before it started messing up, and they refused to fix the truck said there’s nothing they can do for me I bought it as-is. I even filed a complaint through the attorney general trying to get the issue fixed. during one conversation one of the salesman even admitted they knew truck had a mechanical issue before they put it for sale on their lot.... I’m sure there are plenty of honest dealerships in NC but this place isn’t one of them

Brandt and Chris (Canton location) and Derrick (West Asheville) were nothing but helpful and honest. They helped rectify an unfortunate situation with professionalism and courtesy. Never once did they try to “get one over” on me or utilize the stereotypical “used car sales” tactics. He was very helpful and took care of me and my situation promptly. I am very pleased w/ the service I received. After having nothing but trouble dealing w/ Donald Craig Mazda in Mooresville, NC, it was such a blessing to finally receive the help I have been trying to get for over a year. I had the best experience buying 2 cars from this dealers. They are professional, patient, and most of all honest. I plan to go buy from them again. Sam, who serviced me went above and beyond what a dealer would normally do to accommodate me. Most of all their prices are not only ressonable, but the best I've seen in Wake County. If you plan to buy a used car, make sure you visit this dealer before you do. I am completely satisfied with my cars.

Devin Roberts is a very nice salesman and professional and treated my wife and me with courtesy throughout the buying process. My concern here is the 30 day warranty they provide on your vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from Debruhl’s on March 30th 2022 and 1 week later I notice a very minuscule puddle. I take it to get it looked at with Honda service Acura on April 11th 2022 on Sawyer Rd and the PCV valve plate is leaking. Also the belt has cracks in it. Hence I was told before I purchased the vehicle that all vehicles come looked at by a certified mechanic and come serviced enough to where they are in great condition. A leak isn’t considered great condition. I call them to see if they could fix the leak from their mechanic and they tell me the 30 day warranty is only on “big stuffs”. I shouldn’t have to be going through this in the first place because I was told it was in great working condition regardless of what their 30 day warranty says. They sold me a vehicle that was not in great condition and has a leak that’s going to cost $300+ And $200 on the belt. I’m not even mad I’m just pretty disappointed they couldn’t have my back after a 17k+ purchase. It’s a little sad. I expect this from a private sale on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace because it’s “as is” basis but not from an establishment like this. I wanted to do honest business here for years to come and give a used car place a chance. But that is very hard to do when an unethical practice is being used.

Sales personnel - Under-rated Customer

Absolutely apalled at the lack if professionalism. Elementary school aged children could have done a much better job at be attentive and they certainly couldn't have been any louder. Accomplished nothing. You never know when you are entertaining angels unaware.
