My family and I are very happy with the way Sean our service advisor, Tom, their BMW service team handled our critical repair job for our X3 They went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed. We are so incredibly grateful that they advocated for us during consultation with the corporate office at the beginning when they were in the process of identifying the issue. We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue. We love our car and cannot express the relief we feel after getting it fixed. Once again we want to thank them for going above and beyond with their excellent service!

I had a 2pm appointment to fix the interior lights on my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. I got.to the dealership at 1:50. At 1:55 they took my Jeep into the service area. At 2:30 my Jeep was back in the service drive in. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Thanks Brooks for the fantastic service

I can't say enough good things about David Nosovsky, the Client Service Manager, at Kernersville CDJ. Switching to this dealership was the best decision I've made for my car's maintenance. David is always incredibly helpful and gets our cars taken care of quickly. He never misses a thing when it comes to fixing the issues we mention. His customer service is truly top-notch, and he always puts the customer first. After leaving another well-known dealer in the area where I had my cars serviced for years, because of David, I haven't looked back. Highly recommend!
