Great place to have a VW serviced. I took my 2012 VW Eos there yesterday for a NC state annual inspection. Service advisor was Tristan. He was great. Everything was handled very expeditiously, and I was just a walk-in. I highly recommend this place for VW service.

When I purchased the vehicle a year ago Lance and Corey took really go care of me and made sure I was totally satisfied with the car I purchased. They even let me put a deposit down just to hold it while I made my mind up. They fully understood what I was looking for and took really good care of me even down to the purchase and driving it off the lot. I highly recommend these two salesmen and have to others I have talked with about purchasing a vehicle. Not sure if others have made it in and looked or not but I'm certain of one thing they get excellent service from the sales department and the service department as well. Ashley and Ron in the service department have been extremely nice and the service I have received has been excellent as well. I will be back to Hickory Used Car Superstore simply because of the people who work there and great vehicle I purchased. Sincerely, Deborah Garner
