I met Larry Neal, the Service Manager who gave me brief bio/history of their Service Department, including tenure of their techs. Rissa, who greeted me initially took the extra step to ensue my questions were answered and assisted with more set up of my new car features. Tommy was thorough, researching the need for inspection. (Helpful as I am new to NC.). And Bob was my service tech on my recent scheduled maintenance. He too, was informative, helpful, professional. Answered my questions about future preventive maintenance. Vann York Toyota is and should be proud of their Service Department. Pair this experience, with the top notch sales process when purchasing my vehicle, I put Vann York in the top tier of dealerships I have encountered (having lived all over the U.,S.) Sitting in service feeling a little bored, so decided to go out and take a look on the lot just to help time pass. Nate came up, welcomed and thanked me for coming out, then asked how he could help me! I told him I had a new car in service and wouldn’t be buying but I did have a few quick questions if he didn’t mind. He happily answered all of my questions and was very helpful! As I mentioned before, I’m not in the market now, but if I was looking to buy a car, I would feel confident doing so through Nate!

I am coming to Modern Toyota WS since 2015 and they are always prompt for your questions or concerns. People in service center at this location are professional and try to serve you in a better way. I like how they have setup multiple cubicles to work if needed, with free wifi also comfortable place to wait while your car is in service.

I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to health issues. She wanted her Lexus Rx 350 to accompany her on the trip. Shortly after we got her up here the service indicator light illuminated. Decided to take it to Bryan Easler since Lexus is in the Toyota family. I did not have an appointment and took a chance for service. I was immediately and politely greeted by Kayla who got me in very quickly. The service was fairly routine but they got me out quick. the waiting room was very nice, much nicer than their closest competition. 40 minutes and I am out the door. Prior to this service visit my son and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4/ Highlander and were greeted and assisted by Roger Miller who could not have been any more professional. the experience I have had at Easler was far above the standard I have received at other dealerships.

Giving Town And Country Toyota one star because I cannot leave zero. My vehicle was purchased with a service contract, not only did Town And Country Toyota not complete the service in their own service program, they also damaged my vehicle. It is unacceptable to claim work was done when it was not, damage a vehicle and act like nothing ever happened. The lack of accountability at Town And Country Toyota is unacceptable and I won’t return my business there. Please consider using Toyota of North Charlotte, Toyota, rock Hill, Scott Clark, Toyota, or anyone else. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced in Charlotte.

I came in to your service department on 2/8/24 for a - sviwaterboy

I came in to your service department on 2/8/24 for a diagnose on a Check engine light. I was told that the charge to diagnose would be around 150.00 I agreed and waited in the waiting area for a span of time. The mechanic came out and met with me and assured me that i had a bad Bank 1 sensor and for additional fees they said they would finish the repair. I asked what brand sensor to install if i wanted to fix it myself to try to save on labor cost . the mechanic said they use Denso on Toyota repairs and assured me that i should be fine installing a Denso. (This was a two bolt plug and go job). I paid and lift. I was ok after installing the Denso for about two trips Then the LIGHT CAME BACK ON . I called the service department at Henderson Toyota and asked for the service manager to call me back. He returned my call around an hour later and i attempted to explain to him that my light had came back on and there was still an issue. And i felt that His shop had diagnosed my truck incorrect and at least owed me a free second diagnose He told me that Toyota was not responsible because i chose to install my self and use a aftermarket part. He started getting loud with me and did not want to here what i had to say i asked him not to curse and he accused me of cursing my self which i do not do. Then he said that i could come up on 2/13/24 first thing in the morning and we would see how things go he said it could problem be a bad part that i bought. After getting off the phone i no longer trusted that i would be handled Fairley so i took mt truck to a Shop in oxford on 2/14/24 Where they diagnosed my truck with a bad Mass Air Flow sensor I paid them and i am now fully repaired. This should have been seen by Toyota of Henderson when they done the first diagnose Not Very Happy with Toyota of Henderson. I have two Toyota trucks and have owned Camrys and other Toyotas The service and Management skills are poor . Thought you should know. Sincerely Stevie Inscoe of Oxford NC
