My 2022 Tundra had a recall on the engine. I met with Billy Carroll who assisted me upon arrival to address my vehicle issues, I let him know that Matt the service manager had contacted me about my vehicle recalls. Billy introduced me to Matt, the manager of service. When I met him, he explained what would happen and provided me the time it would take to complete the work. He had a listening ear to another concern I had about plastic Toyota was using on parts of the seat, which everyone with a 2022 Tundra is aware of. When I picked up my vehicle that issue was taken care of also, to my surprise. I bought the vehicle in Texas but now live in the Carolinas and Scott Clark Toyota will be my go to for service moving forward. All my work was completed in a day and a half. Thank you Matt for all you over see, and the mechanics that completed the job. Scott Clark’s team did a great job with customer service Sincerely Alex V.

I met Larry Neal, the Service Manager who gave me brief bio/history of their Service Department, including tenure of their techs. Rissa, who greeted me initially took the extra step to ensue my questions were answered and assisted with more set up of my new car features. Tommy was thorough, researching the need for inspection. (Helpful as I am new to NC.). And Bob was my service tech on my recent scheduled maintenance. He too, was informative, helpful, professional. Answered my questions about future preventive maintenance. Vann York Toyota is and should be proud of their Service Department. Pair this experience, with the top notch sales process when purchasing my vehicle, I put Vann York in the top tier of dealerships I have encountered (having lived all over the U.,S.) Only reason I didn’t make this 1 star was because John Powell at the parts section and Luis Rivera at the car check up were great. They were both attentive and I felt the care they had for me when dealing with my issues; however, Allen Hartgrove deserved 0 stars if that was possible. I also got my vehicle from here 2 years ago and almost had no issues besides an add on that didn’t work that I had to get refunded for. Allen left me for about 15 minutes to “get some information” from my vehicle. I saw him walk off with another client. Then he returned and said “sorry about that I just need to get some information from your vehicle.” Excuse me? Was that not what you were supposed to be doing to begin with? After I told him my desires to make a deal for a trade in, he comes back with a luxury trim level and an XLE one but had no information on the value of my trade or how much I would pay for each vehicle. I told him I wanted to pay less than 500 a month since that’s my current payment and I’m about to pay off the vehicle. Somehow, he returns ONLY having the breakdown for the luxury trim and not the other vehicle and the vehicle would have increased my monthly payment. My car’s payment was 28k after 10k down and he was offering me a 31k payment after my vehicle trade in. He clearly didn’t have the best intention for me in mind. Also, I don’t know if his computer didn’t work but he would walk away to figure out everything and he walked away 4 times. On the 5th time he was going to walk away, to figure out the price break down for the XLE vehicle, I told him my vehicle had been ready for a while and I was not interested anymore. He was a huge waste of time just trying to upsell me some luxury trim.

Great dealership like a small dealer in personality and leadershibut great availability and getting the car you want! All service is free as long as you own car! Can’t beat that! Much easier commute from AB to New Bern. Just used the body shop as unfortunately we had a lady hit us in rear st stop light causing 6200 damage. Body shop was fantastic. Work is very good. Only had 7000 miles on car so I was sick but they did a great job. Highly recommend this dealership! William is superb in body shop and general sales mgr but extremely kind and help. When you go in for service they great u with smile, paper car mat and oil iPad to check you in. Overall this Toyota dealer is bating A+

I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to health issues. She wanted her Lexus Rx 350 to accompany her on the trip. Shortly after we got her up here the service indicator light illuminated. Decided to take it to Bryan Easler since Lexus is in the Toyota family. I did not have an appointment and took a chance for service. I was immediately and politely greeted by Kayla who got me in very quickly. The service was fairly routine but they got me out quick. the waiting room was very nice, much nicer than their closest competition. 40 minutes and I am out the door. Prior to this service visit my son and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4/ Highlander and were greeted and assisted by Roger Miller who could not have been any more professional. the experience I have had at Easler was far above the standard I have received at other dealerships.

They reidentified my camry to a different style at 5000 mile checkup. Later I had a wreck which caused wrong parts to be placed on my car. After the recall that needed replacing of the fuel gas line, my car turned into an 8 speed . The cars computer was no good. I spent many days on side of road broke down. I later got rid of car. But, my major questions is Classical Toyota of He season or Toyota of Henderson doing their business laws right. There is a dba company called Toyota of henderson at their old location. I can not find Toyota of henderson on list to perform inspections checks consistently. There name was changed in 2021”ish to classic Toyota of Henderson’s, but service department name is Toyota of henderson as if it sits on raleigh road . Their business entity from a business correct model is sketchy. Look them up at Secretary of State in nc.
