The technician that worked on my truck 5 Stars.
The issues:
Strike 1: The "Service Advisor" that I had was subpar on knowing the status of my vehicle after 3 hours for a battery check.
Strike 2: Professionals and taking responsibility lacking blamed the 3 hours of not knowing the status on being busy and that he also took a lunch break. (He treated me like a number not a customer, his facial expression were as if I was an inconvenience.) I was very clear on my expectations on being kept informed from that moment forward.
Strike 3: He failed to keep me informed by the agreed 30 minutes time of the status. (This was a second chance to redeem his self from the previous lack of action or caring that he demonstrated.)
Talked to a member in Management of my concerns. I also gave him my contact information on Friday 3 Jan and left it again on Monday 6 Jan with the Service Department. If I had been kept informed and professional this could have been a 5 Star visit. Take responsibility for your actions and remember that we thr customer is why he even has a job. (I will not put his name on this forum but I will never use him again and may never used this dealership as a result.)
