Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Had excellent service with an electronics issue; not always the easiest to solve. The staff was very helpful providing transportation to home and back. They also made sure my extended warranty covered as much as possible of the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

They kept our vehicle for 2 weeks and did nothing. We have error which they just removed and when we went home from the dealership this check engine light started flashing 😂 2 weeks they did diagnostic and didn’t find the problem which occurred immediately when we started to drive. Personal are unprofessional and incompetent, their manager David Gustafson need to be fired - rude and disrespectful behavior to clients. They refused to improve their work and proved that they service is low quality and they didn’t do anything for 2 weeks to find the problem

Had 8:30 AM service apt. - Beachlady85
Had 8:30 AM service apt. for broken cruise control button and camera popped out on rear bumper. Waited nearly 3 hours only to be told a new steering wheel must be ordered (under warranty) as well as new bracket for camera bumper. It should not have taken that long and after 2 hrs I had to ask for update. Hope my next visit is better or I will change dealerships.
