While traveling on vacation my add coolant light came on and was able to take the next exit.. Then after pulling in to a Marathon service Station steam was coming from under the hood. I was able to contact the Audi dealership and explained that I was from out of State and my car issues. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and they said that they didn’t have the part in stock but should have the part sometime the next day. Knowing the location of the coolant hose to replace was going to be time consuming I knew it was going to take a minute to repair. John, Jeanne kept me well informed of the status of my car and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Hats off to the Tech staff and Service department, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not one to write reviews but Audi Asheville needs to be acknowledged of their friendliness and Service

Audi of Greensboro is the worst place to trust for serving your Audi. When I first moved to Greensboro I was immediately warned NOT to trust them. Unfortunately, I ran out of options and learned the hard way. They not only installed a timing chain on my car unnecessarily they lied refused to provide me with a refund. Additionally, I was told that if I drove my car it would actually ‘blow up and catch on fire’. The service managers do not return phone calls, nor does the general service manager. My plan is to contact Audi Corporate. Something needs to be done! They are horrible and will rip you off!! R.Guillen

I brougt my Q5 in for 2 recalls left with car early detection not working and SOS not working. Asked for service manager to look at it he told me safty switch replaced with new app. I called Cary Audi and they told me update did not effect SOS switch or early detection sensors they must have unpluged something. You would think service manager would know this. Now have to drive 1 1/2 hr to Audi for them to fix what they broke. Poor customer service cant even return phone call
