Anthony Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my HR-V. As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly. Now I can safely return to my husband and puppy in almost 4 hour drive home. Thank you, Anthony and Merry Christmas!

these people are dishonst and liers now the are a cadalac dealership watch out the are trixters....they told us that we had a battery problum and the battery that the car came with was missing and there was a walmart battery in our car why whould we put a walmart battery in our new car when the one it came with was under warrenty for another year and had the stones to tell us we should have walmart tighten the connections on the batt .the battery thats in there dosent even fit the car its to tall for the battery compartment so its easey to tell some one switched the battery at the dealership
