I had an amazing experience in service. My car was overheating and when I pulled in the service area all 3 service people came out to help me. It was something simple according to them. I really appreciate the service team at Don Bulluck Chevy. I will definitely be back again. Thank you to all of you.

i would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. they are very friendly and very customer service oriented. i left there feeling that i had made many friends. i took my 2000 pontiac grand prix in for service and then decided to purchase a new 2004 grand prix. from the service department to the sales department everyone was great! mr mays, the owner is never to busy to talk with you and make you feel welcome. if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, they are the best in the business, i would recommend giving them a try!! norma howerton/proud grand prix owner

Do not get your car serviced here, I had work done on 2 foresters and it took 3 times for each to get the problem fixed and fight with them about charging me for items that didn't fix the problem. $ 1600. On a total new ac system , 1 week later it stopped working, took it back and was charged for a/c recharge and o-ring , $ 160.00 !!!

Consistancy! However, Dorman Cadillac's Service Dept., would benefit its' customers with an upgrade to receiving "scheduled appointment customers." Using some current admin staff and hand-held technology to confirm required services and then completing the check-in process, 1) determining drop-off customers, 2) waiting customers, 3) shuttle riders, 4) Dorman Cadillac hospitality [waiting area, coffee, water, WI-FI, cell charging stations, rest-rooms 5) etc. Constructive analysis only, good job.
