Poor Service, Poor Management & unbelievably disappointing - Hondaman
After purchasing a brand new 2018 ACE motor coach it required repair for a leak, burned out tail lights and for and finish issues. They write up the repair request and say give us a few weeks to see what’s going on and her approval for repair. After no follow up we call to see if the coach is ready? Oh yea, we were gonna call ya..... We get there to pick up the coach and the original service writer is out so we get the pleasure of dealing with Mehu. Mehu is an extremely positive person. He can’t answe any questions until you keep a positive vibe. The coach has not been repaired. They could not duplicate the tail light not burning and they are sure the leak is resolved. Wrong on both accounts. They didn’t even wipe the water leaking in the floor. Go back in to address these concerns with Mehu but he will not come out of the office because we are too negative. These folks are severely mismanaged. Steve Butterfield offers assistance and apologies for the work not being completed as promised. He makes a big to do that it will be repaired. Keeps it another week and offers to fill it with gas after numerous trips to CW with no real action. These people don’t care about the customer or the company they work for. The fact that they continue to sell and pretend to service RVs is absolutely amazing. We ended up contacting the manufacturer directly. Even they weren’t shocked at the level of service we received. The manufacter recommenced a reputable dealer and service is occurring there from now on. On and even the reputable dealer was aware of their business practices. I have dealt with many dealerships and NEVER have I seen the level of xxxx poor service and outright Customer disrespect and poor business practices Word of advice if you need service or plan to purchase an RV, do not go to CW Statesville it will take the joy of ownership right out of camping
