Not cool. I called to cancel & reschedule an appt. I wanted to get an oil change while I was there for the recall.. I was promised by the lady she'd call me back. I assured her she could email or text. But, no. I got neither. I already don't care for this dealership & now this. Nottttt cool.

On 10/22/2024 Mandy did a great job with a tire sensor problem I was having. I love the video they send to show you what the techs are seeing. Thanks for the dedication to taking care of my vehicles.

I had an issue with a tire's TPMS sensor. Where I purchased the Nissan Versa from, they did not help me, went someplace else and bought a new sensor,light was still on! Called this place, they said bring it in we'll take care of you. And they did! Right at this dealership! They 2 men who helped me were great! They felt like my big brothers! Thanks Griffin Nissan! Alyssa Lausch in service is amazing!! I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile service and she had them check everything on it. She even went over the 100 point inspection with me and explained everything great!!! I will defiantly be coming back here to have all of my vehicles serviced with Alyssa!!

I took my 2015 Nissan van to the dealer they told me that was the timing chain and paid them $6,200 after replacing the timing chain the problem was worsts and they said the cats need to be replaced they quote for $4,200 (by then I have ordered the cat because they said before that it need to be replaced so I change them van still doing the same after talked with service manager now they said that the problem is the secondary cats and it will be $3,200 more this is a scam for me because they only guessing the diagnostic and make me spend lot of money this can is not worth it the money spent on the repairs but I trust them when the diagnostic was the timing chain even when It was lit of money to replace I moved with the repairs what can go wrong is the dealership the best “mechanic” how wrong I was

my husband and I have been to a few dealerships and they have tried to help us, or so they say, but never really got approved or we never saw the will to help on their managers so I am really grateful and will definitely recommend this dealer, its the best because they understood exactly our situation and did try to help us, showing us different options and finally got us a great deal on a great car. i'm extremely happy, can't thank them enough. 3/3/14

Was able to use fast charging equipment to charge my 2020 Leaf on recent trip to and from Asheville from Durham. Extremely nice personnel. Phone person was exceptional. Chat service on website was worthless. Service staff member was quick to move touch that was blocking equipment. They really made my trip!

Worst service department I have ever seen. This isn't an isolated incident, I took my truck there for a oil change took 2 hours, OK maybe they were behind that day, a while later I take my GT-R for an oil change this time it takes 3 hours. Take my wife's Juke another 2 hours mind you I called and made an appointment each time and told them I would be waiting, apparently appointments at Modern Nissan mean something different than the rest of the civilized world. Other service issues have caused me to be without my vehicle for a day. So I finally decided that is simply wasn't worth dealing with Modern Nissan. So I get a flyer in the mail for $29.99 synthetic oil change, I mulled it over for about a week then decided to go ahead and schedule and appointment. I arrive at 12PM, nd as soon as I get out of the car I get the we are running behind, and I told the guy that is why I don't come there anymore, I inform him that I made an appointment and he says well I didn't make your appointment. Huh? well someone that works there obviously did and would it have been any different if he did make the appointment, nah. So he tells me that it is going to take about 1 1/2 hours, OK I guess I have to wait it out, get a text at 12:08PM they will start on my car shortly, 1 1/2 hours later my car is still sitting outside hasn't been touched. So I go to one of the service guys ask him where my keys are and thanks for wasting my time. He apparently must have to deal with angry customers all the time, since he immediately said I would need to talk to the service manager if I had a complaint. So asked where he was, guess what, he wasn't there, how convenient. I got in my car and left with out an oil change or vehicle inspection, well done Modern Nissan for not only wasting my time but now I have to go else where to get simple service completed. I guess I must be crazy for giving them another chance, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different out come. I called and spoke to the assistant service manager and it was another waste of my time. I even bought my last vehicle from this dealer which I will not take there for service

Buy somewhere else - Disappointed

Service was below poor when resolving a common problem with Nissan Versa heat shields. Made a trip to service department that could have been avoided by merely stating the fact that they won't cover manufacturing defects past 36000 miles in spite of fact that most versas have this issue. Online forums filled with information. Buyers beware. Avoid the smooth talk and problems later

First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history of past problems with Gabe Rowe and another vehicle I purchased from them I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. After dropping off my car I was contacted by a Gabe Rowe associate some thirty minutes later telling me my car would cost an additional $900...with no REAL expectation why! According to the service manager "I told him the wrong car year," which was a complete bold face lie! As if that wasn't bad enough the rental car that they "paid for" didn't come with insurance, so in addition to paying for the car repairs I had to pay for the rental insurance out of my pocket! Because of the increase in cost and lack of professionalism I decided to forgo the the repairs through Gabe Rowe. Upon entering the service office the service manager tries to bill me for the rental they promised to pay for because I choose not to spend some $2000+ dollars for something that I was told would cost $1300! We literally went back and forth over a $35 dollar one day rental fee because he felt his million/billion dollar COMPANY could not afford to cover the $35.00 rental because I the INDIVIDUAL decided I did not want to pay them an additional $900! After this issue the service manager thought it was a good idea to ask me to leave my car for them to service my airbags because of a recent recall! I spent $22 dollars on rental insurance and 2 1/2 hours bringing and dropping off my car to only leave with the same problem I came with. I will never, ever go to Gabe Rowe anything for any reason!!! I will not go there even if I break down in front of their place of business! This was an absolute waste of time and one of the most horrible car experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend Gabe Rowe for anything, zilch, zero, nada!

John Fey runs a great service department. Have owned over 20 vehicles over the last 40 years and I find John to be the best service manager I have encountered. He is always available, honest and fair. Will not sell you service you do not need. Had a small delay with a battery replacement and found a free oil change on my console.

Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a inspection. They said it had a broken windshield wipers blade and would not pass inspection unless they replaced them at a cost of over 50 dollars. Would still have to pay for inspection if I didn't. Had used the wipers the day before they were not broke or I would had them replaced before trying to get inspection. That is called extortion! Would never buy a car from them or get any service done except oil change and that is only for maintenance records. I have a extended warranty on the car or would not even do that.
