I have had my vehicle a couple of months. I bought it from a different dealership and was not really told much about the features. I spoke to Mike in service and he said they had someone that could help. I contacted Brock and he was able to help me with all my questions. I didn't know I had gesture tailgate!! Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.
