I have been complaining of a noise when I turn for several months. Started well before my warranty expired. They claimed to never hear anything. Well suddenly after my warranty expires then they hear the sound and now I have to pay and it will cost me $400 to fix the drive shaft.

I’ve been going to this dealership for 3 years with fair customer service! I went today to correct a mistake from a previous service appointment, now a happy customer. My service advisor was Michael Dedicato who could be the best customer service advisor I’ve ever had at any car dealership in my 40 years of car buying! My 2019 Hyundai Sonata needed to be painted and the Body and Collision Repair Department manager Jimmy Farrell went above and beyond to make sure my situation was taken care of. He did this to my 100% satisfaction. They provided me with a loaner car and always returned my phone calls within the same business day. Thanks to Mr. Farrell, I would consider doing business with Southern States Automotive Group again. His integrity and ability to communicate with customers is definitely what this business has been lacking.

I took my car on January 26 because it would stop and all the lights would come on. I spoke with a representative who was very rude. They kept my car over the weekend because diagnostic is not done on Friday and Saturday as told to me by the representative . On January 29 I was informed by the same representative who happened to be polite on that day that the cost will be $3141 which I don’t have. I had my car towed to a mechanic on January 30 and he was unable to work on it due to the codes and it would have to be taken to a Hyundai dealership. I had my car towed to Johnson Cary on February 1 and the 2 representatives I spoke to were very nice. The cost to fixed my car $612 a far cry from $3141 for the same issue. I would not recommend Sports Durst to anyone. That one representative was rude. I even reached out to Hyundai Corporate.
