unbelievable how this company treats its customers. had a head gasket done on my civic late 2023...nearly 1 year later and cylinder #3 leaking again.. due to bad practice of never changing the stretch head bolts. Honda refuses to cover service charger for there mistake. may have to change car brands because this is crazy unacceptable. almost a $4000 job

Was traveling from Virginia and had an engine warning light start glowing in the middle of I-40. Called the Service Center from a parking lot. They agreed to see us if we could get there - which we did. They were so very kind and helpful. They got us back on the road and will forever have a special place in our heart!
