I love this service dept. I had an emergency with my Dodge Ram truck. No oil and I was a mile from Forest Honda. I have been buying my used cars from them for years and I have them serviced. There. I'm always happy with the service at Reggie Jackson Honda, but Corey really went above and beyond during my last visit. Besides the video walkthrough, he was super knowledgeable and explained my service options in a way I could easily understand. You could tell he genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. I'm definitely a satisfied Reggie Jackson Honda customer. Jack, the parts manager, even took the time to find a small screw to ease my worries about the mud flaps. This dealership clearly aims to make customers happy and meet their expectations. I totally recommend them for vehicle service!

unbelievable how this company treats its customers. had a head gasket done on my civic late 2023...nearly 1 year later and cylinder #3 leaking again.. due to bad practice of never changing the stretch head bolts. Honda refuses to cover service charger for there mistake. may have to change car brands because this is crazy unacceptable. almost a $4000 job

Was traveling from Virginia and had an engine warning light start glowing in the middle of I-40. Called the Service Center from a parking lot. They agreed to see us if we could get there - which we did. They were so very kind and helpful. They got us back on the road and will forever have a special place in our heart!
