I was traveling thru N.C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. A little problem I know but when you're 500 miles from home the inconvenience was almost a necessity. I stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Apple Tree) for help. Jason Roeser immediately analyzed the problem and got me back on the road. I just wanted to thank Jason for the professional, courteous service.

These folks ripped off my 88 year old Dad and wrecked his Honda Odyssey. It also won’t hold a charge now. This has caused a lot of anger and heartache for a man that didn’t deserve any of this. Dealership didn’t do anything to right the wrong and he now has a vehicle he can’t depend on anymore after spending over 4k to change fluids and tune up.
