I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, the price was great and the service was exceptional,but best of all was Tim Colemore the service writer, he was a great representative for Brown and Wood. This is absolutely the worst place! They NEVER return a phone call, NEVER respond to an email and will happily keep you waiting for months for a part. AND if you go in there to ask what's going on the front of the desk women will act as if you're inconveniencing them. After waiting months i gave up. I called Veteran's Collision, who answer the phone, and they got me in with in 2 weeks!!

I normally deal with Gary and Chad and have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. They are always very helpful and courteous. I have always been given accurate estimates of service/repair costs as well as expected completion times. In seven years, I do not recall any negative experiences.
