Absolutely terrible Service dept! The techs have no knowledge. If they cant pull a code and get a gm bulliten with instructions they are lost! Carried my truck in with oil leak and picked it up undrivable. After i broke down i found my front wheel well in the back of truck and found several bolts missing. No way they were done, now its howling and the diesel exhaust smell is so strong i cant drive it. The manager will not return my call so they are not interested in making it right! Not good business! If i get a call to make it right i will remove this review and give them another chance!

I normally deal with Gary and Chad and have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. They are always very helpful and courteous. I have always been given accurate estimates of service/repair costs as well as expected completion times. In seven years, I do not recall any negative experiences.
