took my vehicle in for a recall, and had some issue with a loud noise in my motor. The Service department stated that it lifter is bad. I was fine with service department wkn on my vehicle. They left it outside slammed against another vehicle which for a whole week with out being worked on. I had to call on several occasions to Modern Service dpt., and left several messages before I had to go down there to physical complain to the service representative and they complied with pulling my vehicle inside daily. My vehicle was finally completed in 18 days, and when I get it and drive it back down the highway I have a issue with my air conditioner which has nothing to do with what I brought my vehicle in for. They tell me that I have to leave it again w/out a ride home so I had to drive back to and hope and pray that I will have my vehicle back in a timely manner. Never dealt with this type of Poor service without assisting you possible loaner or transportation back to work/home. Every dealership I purchase my vehicle from they MADE sure that they accommodate with a loaner or transportation especially knowing it was they mistake why I had to leave it there again. I will Never bring my vehicle back to Modern Chevrolet once I get this issue resolve. It will go to Durham or Greensboro dealership from now on!!!
