I had an amazing experience in service. My car was overheating and when I pulled in the service area all 3 service people came out to help me. It was something simple according to them. I really appreciate the service team at Don Bulluck Chevy. I will definitely be back again. Thank you to all of you.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and rotate tires and I had an appointment. Then got ripped off and overcharged for these services. The worst service I've ever had. I won't be going there again.

I just bought a 1500 Sierra Denali 2019 model and I get many compliments. I bought a 2017 Yukon Denali as our family car.

I'm the daughter of a local automotive shop 30 years running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation. Robert Goode was rude and aggressive in our attempt to get him to respect the TSB on our Yukon. If you need absolutely need GMC dealer for a recall/TSB find a different location. These guys are crooks. We then listened to them happily bragging and talking crap about customers. A waste of our entire day.

I am traveling through Lumberton when my 2015 GMC would not start. I had it towed to the dealership and spoke with the Service Rider who told me he would get someone on it right away. I signed up for your text and now crickets! I am stuck in a strange place and no one can answer what is happening! NOT good customer service!!

All the work that Mack Brown did on my car wound up having workmanship problems, which were in some cases documented by other dealers and mechanics. The first work I had them do was replace the fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump and supposedly cleaned out the gas tank as I instructed them. We kept having strange problems with the car cutting out as if losing fuel. We took it back several times but could not get them to fix it. The last time we took it up it sat for a month. When I called for a status he indicated that he had not had time to work on it. I left it there so he would have more time, and after two months they called me up asking what I wanted them to do with the car, to which I replied “Fix the car.” We went up to find the tires flat and the battery dead in the parking lot – these people did not look at this car for three months! I finally had someone else work on it and they took the gas tank off and found it full of rust and dirt and it was clogging the fuel pump filter. Apparently the service people did not clean out the fuel tank when they replaced the pump. We replaced the tank and fuel pump and the car runs fine. In another case I had them replace the transmission. I took the car to another dealer to see why the car shifted funny and they found that Mack Brown had installed the wrong screws in the transmission case and had stripped the metal holes in the case. They had also left off a bracket that helps hold the transmission in place. I paid for it to be fixed and never was compensated by Mack Brown.

I went in for service and Bill saw me walking around on the lot. It was raining but he still came outside and it was funny he stepped in a puddle of water and said my ankles are wet. I just want to say thanks to Bill and all the Modern staff. I will be back next month to purchase another BMW for my wife this time.

took my vehicle in for a recall, and had some issue with a loud noise in my motor. The Service department stated that it lifter is bad. I was fine with service department wkn on my vehicle. They left it outside slammed against another vehicle which for a whole week with out being worked on. I had to call on several occasions to Modern Service dpt., and left several messages before I had to go down there to physical complain to the service representative and they complied with pulling my vehicle inside daily. My vehicle was finally completed in 18 days, and when I get it and drive it back down the highway I have a issue with my air conditioner which has nothing to do with what I brought my vehicle in for. They tell me that I have to leave it again w/out a ride home so I had to drive back to and hope and pray that I will have my vehicle back in a timely manner. Never dealt with this type of Poor service without assisting you possible loaner or transportation back to work/home. Every dealership I purchase my vehicle from they MADE sure that they accommodate with a loaner or transportation especially knowing it was they mistake why I had to leave it there again. I will Never bring my vehicle back to Modern Chevrolet once I get this issue resolve. It will go to Durham or Greensboro dealership from now on!!!
