If you need your Mazda serviced, take it to Independence Mazda. Bill and Bobby will take good care of you. They are an honest service department and will not take advantage of you. We have bought 3 cars from them and only service them here. We are so glad they are close by. We have been going to them for 13 years and will continue to have our Mazda's serviced by them.

Guy at service desk has no idea.takes weeks to get an appointment then they can order parts but don’t know if or when they can fix and install parts.Lie about trying to contact me second time.stupid enough to not know cell have a record of all missed calls.no missed calls.Then tell me if I need to drive it I can when front wheel is about to come off.

I have had my vehicle a couple of months. I bought it from a different dealership and was not really told much about the features. I spoke to Mike in service and he said they had someone that could help. I contacted Brock and he was able to help me with all my questions. I didn't know I had gesture tailgate!! I love my F-PACE even more.

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.
