I used this dealership for routine maintenance twice and they were okay for that type of service. My horrible experience started when I needed my seats cleaned (I had the fabric warranty I purchased from the dealership I purchased my car from in VA). I was told that my warranty works wherever I moved and that was the case (I could have taken it out in town too but figured I would go through this actual dealer). I spoke with Beverly and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was on the phone with the other dealership and the warranty company and I did all the leg work for the claim. I finally filed the claim and when I called her and let her know that all she needed to do was send them a quote and they would approve it. I was told they only have detailing for their vehicles and have not cleaned customers vehicles that they do not have on their lot. When I called her and said that all she needed to do was send them a quote she said (with an attitude) "so you expect me to take care of this"... Well I had already done everything else and finally just decided to get a quote from out in town and then happened to be going back to Virginia the next week so just had the work done there. I will not being going back to National anymore, even for routine maintenance.
