I always have a great experience whenever I am there. This time was warranty work and wheel alignment. The waiting lounge is comfortable. Whenever somebody passes by they always ask how am I and can they do anything for you. The MB service manager explained what was happening and what was wrong and how they fixed it. The wheel alignment was off and the car did track better when driven on the highway. Very pleased with work performed.

Just wanted to commend the wonderful team @ Mercedes Benz of Raleigh Service Department. My vehicle was serviced and cleaned while I waited ( they even offered me a loaner vehicle ) and when I left it felt as wonderful as it did the day I picked it up. It’s an unbelievably run dealership and my service advisor Linda is top notch !

During a scheduled service late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment and was shortly informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment in 10 days. Yesterday, I get to the dealership and after 20 minutes was ONCE again told that the parts weren't there. I'm NOT retired and have to take time off from work to get service done. Hence, my patients at the VA I work at were NOT seen. Why didn't anyone at the service department call me beforehand, twice, to let me know about the lack of parts???? I no longer have a trust or faith with this dealership and plan to take my vehicle elsewhere for service/repairs and any potential future purchases. Shame on you! Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem

I took my 2015 Nissan van to the dealer they told me that was the timing chain and paid them $6,200 after replacing the timing chain the problem was worsts and they said the cats need to be replaced they quote for $4,200 (by then I have ordered the cat because they said before that it need to be replaced so I change them van still doing the same after talked with service manager now they said that the problem is the secondary cats and it will be $3,200 more this is a scam for me because they only guessing the diagnostic and make me spend lot of money this can is not worth it the money spent on the repairs but I trust them when the diagnostic was the timing chain even when It was lit of money to replace I moved with the repairs what can go wrong is the dealership the best “mechanic” how wrong I was

PRICE GUAGING. I have owned Ram truchks since 1997. I purchased a new truck from dealership in November. I took my truck in for an oil change the service person informed me I needed fuel filters also and told me they would cost $425.00. This is my 4th diesel have never paid that much for fuel filters but told him to put them in. When I got home I checked another source for the filters and Mopar filter would cost me $120.00 compaired theirs at $256.00, on top of that they charged me $169.95 to put 2 filters on.

I went in for service and Bill saw me walking around on the lot. It was raining but he still came outside and it was funny he stepped in a puddle of water and said my ankles are wet. I just want to say thanks to Bill and all the Modern staff. I will be back next month to purchase another BMW for my wife this time.

took my vehicle in for a recall, and had some issue with a loud noise in my motor. The Service department stated that it lifter is bad. I was fine with service department wkn on my vehicle. They left it outside slammed against another vehicle which for a whole week with out being worked on. I had to call on several occasions to Modern Service dpt., and left several messages before I had to go down there to physical complain to the service representative and they complied with pulling my vehicle inside daily. My vehicle was finally completed in 18 days, and when I get it and drive it back down the highway I have a issue with my air conditioner which has nothing to do with what I brought my vehicle in for. They tell me that I have to leave it again w/out a ride home so I had to drive back to and hope and pray that I will have my vehicle back in a timely manner. Never dealt with this type of Poor service without assisting you possible loaner or transportation back to work/home. Every dealership I purchase my vehicle from they MADE sure that they accommodate with a loaner or transportation especially knowing it was they mistake why I had to leave it there again. I will Never bring my vehicle back to Modern Chevrolet once I get this issue resolve. It will go to Durham or Greensboro dealership from now on!!!

I can't thank Modern Ford In Boone, NC "ENOUGH!!" Dave Chicoine, Brian McCulley and Adam Woodard helped me when my truck started having problems. I had just dropped my granddaughter off at App State and was heading home on a 5 hour trip when I needed their help. They went way overboard to help me at a late hour (the Dealership was actually closing when I walked in) arranging for the service I needed to take place early on the next day. They even helped me get to the hotel we just booked at the last minute. I am so grateful for their kindness and understanding to help someone in need. THANK YOU! Paul Fimbel

Outstanding service - mazdaman

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. Keep up the good work Dick Shirley Mazda Service department!!!!!

Was able to use fast charging equipment to charge my 2020 Leaf on recent trip to and from Asheville from Durham. Extremely nice personnel. Phone person was exceptional. Chat service on website was worthless. Service staff member was quick to move touch that was blocking equipment. They really made my trip!

Worst service department I have ever seen. This isn't an isolated incident, I took my truck there for a oil change took 2 hours, OK maybe they were behind that day, a while later I take my GT-R for an oil change this time it takes 3 hours. Take my wife's Juke another 2 hours mind you I called and made an appointment each time and told them I would be waiting, apparently appointments at Modern Nissan mean something different than the rest of the civilized world. Other service issues have caused me to be without my vehicle for a day. So I finally decided that is simply wasn't worth dealing with Modern Nissan. So I get a flyer in the mail for $29.99 synthetic oil change, I mulled it over for about a week then decided to go ahead and schedule and appointment. I arrive at 12PM, nd as soon as I get out of the car I get the we are running behind, and I told the guy that is why I don't come there anymore, I inform him that I made an appointment and he says well I didn't make your appointment. Huh? well someone that works there obviously did and would it have been any different if he did make the appointment, nah. So he tells me that it is going to take about 1 1/2 hours, OK I guess I have to wait it out, get a text at 12:08PM they will start on my car shortly, 1 1/2 hours later my car is still sitting outside hasn't been touched. So I go to one of the service guys ask him where my keys are and thanks for wasting my time. He apparently must have to deal with angry customers all the time, since he immediately said I would need to talk to the service manager if I had a complaint. So asked where he was, guess what, he wasn't there, how convenient. I got in my car and left with out an oil change or vehicle inspection, well done Modern Nissan for not only wasting my time but now I have to go else where to get simple service completed. I guess I must be crazy for giving them another chance, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different out come. I called and spoke to the assistant service manager and it was another waste of my time. I even bought my last vehicle from this dealer which I will not take there for service
