Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. I liked Chip Conley, salesman. He treated me like a friend and tried to help me buy a truck. I told him the amount that I would pay for a truck. Chip helped me find a truck in my price range. I like the truck at first sight. He had to get a truck from Tennessee. I have purchased many cars and trucks over my life time. I have never been treated the way Chip treated me. I wish Chip the very best in his future sales. I should point out that one thing I did not like about my buying experience. During the process of buying the truck, I had to wait in the lobby for several hours for my lifetime warranty. I saw salespeople walking around in the lobby and I told these people that my grandson had to get back to work. When I finally got to see Noah Webb, the sales person, he tried to sell me additional insurance for my truck. I only wanted the Lifetime warranty offered by Friendship Honda. I have my own insurance coverage for my vehicles. I did not want to pay an additional several thousand dollars for insurance. The wait time and sales pitch for insurance was not wanted and my time was wasted by the experience. Terry G July 5, 2024

I spent a entire week trying to purchase a new Passport Elite and had no luck finding one so I started looking at the certified preowned ones. I was in contact with dealers from Miami to Jacksonville just trying to buy one of the ones they had advertised at the price they had them advertised for. All of them had ridiculous hidden fees, everything from $400 for nitrogen to $1500 for a lojack system. Fortunately I found a Passport Touring AWD CPO here at Sanford Honda. I called and was lucky to get Junior on the other end. He straight up told me exactly the cost to the penny. I drove in about 730pm on a Friday night and drove out in my new Passport about 30 minutes later. It was the quickest and simplest deal Ive ever made on a car. No BS, no dragging, no high pressure pitches. They were all very professional and very thankful. If your looking for a Honda, call Junior, he will hook you up. The finance guy was awesome too.
