Complain to FORD CEO, Attorney General , Better Business Bureau for this Consumer Fraud against a Protected class. Folks do not accept their PLATITUDES shut down this Horrible practice - Was this commission worth trashing your already POOR Business Reputation?.

There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! If I could give this car dealership a negative rating, I would do it without hesitation. My encounter with them was a full-blown nightmare from start to finish. The moment I set foot on their lot, my gut instinct told me something was seriously wrong. Little did I know, I was in for a rollercoaster of deception and disappointment. Now, let me give credit where it's due: my salesperson, Bobby, was a shining light in the midst of this darkness. However, the rest of the staff were downright horrendous. Picture this: I signed what I thought were all the necessary documents for a car, drove it for a mere week, only to receive a call informing me that the contract wasn't valid. I contacted my loaner and they said they did not receive the necessary documents from the dealership to approve the loan. How do you sell a car without an approval?? I was then casually informed that I'd have to return to the dealership to sign everything again, but this time with a higher payment and more interest. Talk about a slap in the face! When I had the documents inspected by a public notary and another dealership, they discovered a slew of missing documents and questioned how the sale was even processed. Sahin, the finance guy, had the nerve to provide me with unsigned and unnotarized document copies of the sale. It was beyond shady; it was downright sloppy. The cherry on top of this debacle? When I returned to report a suspected mechanical issue with the car, I was met with utter indifference. Instead of addressing my concerns, they brushed me off and refused to provide any assurance regarding the vehicle's condition. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to dispute the terms of my extended warranty, claiming it was a "communication problem" on my end. Ridiculous! And let's not even get started on their abysmal customer service. Once they realized I was dissatisfied, they couldn't care less about me or my grievances. When I requested either my trade-in vehicle or its equivalent value, I was met with resistance from both the store owner and manager. They refused to provide either the value or the vehicle, I had to literally argue to get my possessions back. The entire process was a chaotic mess – they couldn't even locate my vehicle on their lot, threw the keys at me, I had to argue for the additional keys I provided, in which they struggled to locate, and expected me to trek over an hour to find it myself. To top it off, they refused to provide me with a temporary plate, essentially forcing me to drive illegally. And when I asked for a temporary plate to drive legally, they callously refused, saying, "if you don't buy our car, we won't buy your car." It was outrageous! And to add insult to injury, after I was forced to drive illegally, they had the audacity to call me a few hours later with an offer for the car I had just driven off with. Unbelievable! In conclusion, this dealership is nothing short of a nest of vipers, preying on unsuspecting customers with their deceitful tactics. Spare yourself the agony and avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Let me tell you about the experience I had today at Quick Lane. I made an appointment last Thursday for Monday morning at 8:30 for brake work that Quick lane said I needed (at my last service) Brake pads and rotors. I dropped off my truck at 8:00, at 2:30 Don Davis called and and said they just checked the brakes and there was nothing wrong. I explained the conversation from my last service and he said okay. I went to pick up the truck at 3:15 and it was done and out the door at 3:32 pm. I guess they when ahead and changed brakes and rotors on a truck that didn't need brakes and rotors!? To the tune of $1,283.77 for a 2 hour brake job! $680.00 labor! I have a GPS tracker on my truck and know the truck DID NOT leave where I left it at 8:00 until 1:55pm, so I guess y'all charge about $400.00 per hour! I will NEVER darken your doorstep ever again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about the shellacking I feel like I got! Have a nice day! Michael Shean

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.

My vehicle is at Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount and - Incredibly disappointed

My vehicle is at Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount and has been there for 3 weeks to have the water pump and turbo lines replaced. This is a warranty repair. The first week was due to the warranty company having to send someone out to verify everything. Monday of the following week, Nathan (service writer) calls me and tells me the parts are in and they'll get to it soon and I should have it back by that Friday. During this conversation, he also tells me that one of the diagnostics was not covered because the warranty company refused to approve one of the repairs. There's also a $35 difference per hour in what the service contract pays for labor and Capital's labor rate. He adds everything up and tells me a figure just above $700. Now, Monday will be 3 full weeks that it has been there. Yesterday, he calls me saying vehicle is finished and I owe $3500. 🤯😲 He proceeds to tell me that the warranty company wasn't paying for seals and that the total hours equal out to 15.5 hours. He puts it on the warranty company, saying they don't want to pay more than 6hrs for the turbo lines and they asked for 13. I get off the phone with him and call the warranty company. They are floored and have no idea what's going on. The warranty representative tells me that Capital only asked for 6hrs of payment for the turbo lines. He continues to tell me that the jump from 6 to 13hrs doesn't sound right to him, because they all use the same database for labor rates. I call Nathan back after the warranty guys have contacted him. He says everything is covered except coolant and a filter of some kind. I asked what the cost is. He tells me around $2900. At this point I'm getting irritated. My vehicle has been in their shop for almost 3wks and all of a sudden I'm being asked to pay for all but $3k and the warranty company is telling me that Capital never asked for 13hrs. So, I'm sure he could tell that I'm not happy through the tone in my voice. After we hang up, I call the warranty company back to extend rental coverage until this issue is resolved. The warranty company tells me that they tried to call Nathan back, but he had to leave work for the day due to an emergency, all of a sudden (whether this is true or not I don't know). So, a message was left for the service manager to call the warranty company back. To my knowledge, that never happened. I was never contacted about the difference in hours that the warranty allotted and the hours that Capital was going to charge, regardless (if there was an actual difference). I never authorized this. If I was told a price of that magnitude, at any point, I would have declined service and took my vehicle elsewhere. I wasn't happy about the original $700, but I understood business and the limitations of the warranty. So, I was willing to tolerate that. From what I understand of the law, you're not able to charge more than 10% above the quoted price of a repair without the owner's authorization. I never signed a single thing with a price on it. The only time that I was at Capital in this whole 3 weeks, was the beginning Monday. Before an estimate had ever been put together. At this point, Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount, NC is holding my vehicle ransom. I've never dealt with this out of a dealership before and I expected a more professional ...a more ethical experience. I am requesting that Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount, NC honor the original quoted price, from when the estimate was completed. I would like for this to be a simple mistake and it be corrected than to have to go through the legal system.

Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.
