I had an outstanding digital car-buying experience with Foreign Cars of Charlotte. I reached out through their AI agent on a Sunday night, and the on-desk team responded within 30 seconds. After a couple of questions and some urgency, I was promptly forwarded to Colton Tannenbaum. He took my needs and said he get with me first thing in the morning, which he did. We completed the entire process in 24 hours via text and e-signatures. Their internet-advertised price was so good that I didn't negotiate the price! I did go back and forth on my trade-in and excellent communication throughout. So in the end, buying a car all digital, sight unseen, and doing a lease and trade-in was great.
