I went to look at a vehicle at this location and when I got there I was told it was sold. I was told that there is a 24hr delay on the website. I looked at a different car which had several issues the biggest being an obvious engine noise. The sales person acted funny about getting a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Plus the price did not reflect the condition of the car. I was given numbers for a different vehicle that was much cheaper and felt very pressured to buy at the moment instead of doing research like I had mentioned several times. I don’t know if it was just because of the sales person I was dealing with or other things. When buying used I always need a pre-purchase inspection. I texted my sales person and told him that I was no longer interested in the car. There was no follow up. No I’m sorry to hear that but we have this car. None of that. I ended up buying another vehicle from a different dealership the next day.

TERRIBLE!! DON’T BUY OR CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM!! I drove several hours and hundreds of miles for an absolutely terrible company experience. I requested the out the door price and they told me to go online and fill out my information to get this price. I did so, had a check wrote out for the price of $47,590.66 and contacted them about paying no more than that price. Their response was that the rate was based on standard interest rates and that they couldn’t confirm if this was the price I would pay upon getting to the store. Still I drove the hundreds of miles and several hours, even taking off work early to get there, just to be told the cheapest they could sell me the 2021 Acura TLX Advance Package was $50024.88, although the MSRP is $47,325. I refused! After considering overnight and for several hours the next day, I decided I would pay it and be done with it. I contacted the salesman I spoke with back who contacted the finance department and was then told that they couldn’t sell the car to me because I wouldn’t finance through them and they just couldn’t do a cash deal.

I actually don't dread buying a car like a lot of folks, but I was still blown away by the service I received at Fayetteville Acura. My sales person, Tamia, and the manager, Alterric, went above and beyond to make my experience a super positive one. I arrived from an overnight visit at the hospital so I was looking pretty ragged. They arranged for the car I wanted to test drive to be brought back to the lot (it was a loaner). Tamia, who's a single mom, juggled childcare and bent over backwards to make sure I could do what I needed to do. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV I drove. I went on a crazy busy Saturday and all of the sales folks were hopping, but I felt like Alterric knew what everybody was doing at all times. It was a well run ship. When I'm ready to buy again, I'll go there first.
