Jorge was a kind, honest, patient and most of all very professional during the entire process. Jorge did not push her around and he met with me her dad, Roger and clearly explained everything about the different vehicles available for our budget. The man did an outstanding job.... I recommend that he get a free lunch from the Boss....The entire staff in the dealership was nice to us.... Great experience at Garden City Jeep and again a warm thank you to Jorge Guzman for his help making a positive vibration in the car buying process !

I found him to be quite knowledgeable and he answered each question without making me feel like I was bothering him. He went above and beyond to ensure that I went into the best car for me. I would reccomend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Nov 2024. I found a Wrangler on Jeep.com at CDJR of Utica. Then filled in their online information request. Within 30 minutes I had a phone message and text reply wanting to help! I had a great experience with Jordan Ross, Erik Hyde and Matt Coppola while purchasing the 2024 Willy. This was a long distance purchase with email, phone calls and texts. These guys were prompt and professional! When I arrived for pickup, the paperwork and Willy were ready for a quick turn. Thank you!

Well where to start... We purchased a 2024 dodge durango just over a month ago. I noticed left muffler wasn't aligned correctly and made appointment to have it fixed. 2 weeks later was told by service that there is blood on the pipe and impact damage, and it would cost 3000! I inspected this and found there was no blood or damage to piping. There was grease splatter in pipe NOT blood! No one has provided pictures prior to sale from their website to prove the muffler was bent... This issue was missing when car went through PDI process before delivery! We received no help whatsoever from Mike Ashby (general sales manager) or Matt bell (service manager). Maike actually stormed out of office and said he has better things to deal with! This is a manager.... I will be filing BBB complaint and calling Chrysler on this terrible experience.What they have accused us of is illegal and unethical! Stay away from this dealership O AND I KID YOU NOT, WHEN I TOLD JUSTIN ITS GREASE ON PIPE HE SAID " WELL IF THERE WAS GREASE IN THE ANIMAL THERE WOULD BE GREASE ON THE PIPE"!! i have been in the repair industry for over 25 years and NEVER EVER heard of anything like this!! BBB complaint has been filed along with Chrysler complaint as this is unacceptable!

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. I brought my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and because the transmission was acting up. The car was dropped off on a Monday. On Thursday the dealership calls me up and tells me that the technician cannot find a problem with my transmission and wants me to come in and duplicate the problems on the transmission. If this technician cannot identify a problem transmission why is he employed at a dealership. They didn't mention that they check the front end which was another one of the main problems or the fact that the transmission was slipping. I've owned cars for most of my young life and I've never experienced service this terrible.

Skip and Kyle got my vehicle in at my earliest availability. I didnt have to wait a week! Paul had my replacement parts ready and waiting. I had a few question's about car's and Graham and Lenny had all the answers. When I'm ready for my next new car I will be going to DCDJ. This dealer has the worst service center. First, I brought my RAM 1500 in for a warranty repair back in 2022. It took them three attempts, and after they jerked me around and promised me a loaner car, they reneged and said "you didn't buy the car here". So I go to pick up the truck so I can bring elsewhere and it has three deep gashes scratched into the sid. "so sorry sir, theres nothing to indicate we did that..." which was total xx.... Now I go to do an oil change on my wife's jeep (that we did buy there) and I find the oil pan drain bolt is stripped...Anyone want to guess who did the last oil change before that? I'm going back to Town and Country CDJR because even though it's 25 miles away, they've never screwed me like this.

After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.

I found the perfect vehicle. Working with these people and this Dealership reminded me of how it use to be, their entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. It was truly fantastic dealing with this dealer who wasn’t just another supermarket type dealer that most are now a days. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle. Although the salesperson who sold me my initial Jeep retired, Paul Roeber, promptly replied to my online inquiry. When we met Paul listened closely to what I wanted in a Jeep as well as what I was comfortable spending and guided me through the various Jeep Wrangler options. Paul presented me with Jeep rebates and a dealership discount, which allowed me to purchase a model I thought was out of my reach. Paul never pressured me to purchase a vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was another great experience!
