I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned, certified 2021 HR-V at Della Honda this past week. My sales person was Justin Matteson. He had called me prior to a scheduled service appointment for my 2016 CR-V to ask if might be interested in a trade-in. He was very informative about my options and zeroed right in on the type of new/used car that I said I would consider. Within minutes he had a wonderful vehicle for me to test-drive, and he skillfully explained all the features. After the test drive, he presented information about the value of my trade-in and what a price would be to purchase the "new" one. Ron Williams, the Business Manager, assisted, The deal seemed reasonable, and I accepted the offer and put a deposit on the HR-V. Two days later, I was back to pick it up, purchased a maintenance/warranty plan, and I'm happy driving it!

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.
