This place is the epitome of used car scam. Bought a Ford Escape, told it was 100%,less than 300 miles later the spring shot through the back wheel well, all rotors and breaks were replaced and it’s rear axle started leaking profusely. When I returned to the shop to have it repaired they told me it was my problem and I wasn’t getting my money back.

What a nice bunch of people at this place. They say the car is there it is there. They are not nasty and sneaky like most NJ car dealers are. I just made 3 new friends and I didn't end up buying anything we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. The way they negotiated the deal was pleasant. Ray accommodated us for our test drive with a smile and with gentle care to our needs. Zac the internet manager and Steve the finance manager were also on board to help make the process smoother. Btw Ray told me they don’t sell tire insurance so don’t ask them for tire insurance no matter what. LOL.

Do not trust the friendly approach. They buy cars cheap from Canada then try to rip you off. Get the VIN and find out the original price. Also watch out for costs if registering in another state. Foreign car (Canada) costs more to get inspected and registered.

Overall experience was very positive. First sales person Zach (non-owner) did not follow-up with me when I first stopped in to see the E 350. Weeks went by and I stopped in again and Zach (owner) spoke with me and from then on it was an excellent experience. Zach 2 was honest and straightforward and pleasant to work with. He followed up on all the issues we discussed and I took possession of the car less than a week later after he finished addressing the issues.

Test drove a car with the service engine light on, they assured me that it would be taken care of because i decided to buy it. So I went to get the car, they had it all inspected and ready to go. The next morning I started the car and low and behold the check engine light comes back on. I immediately contact them and they told me to come down to have it looked at. Now it has been over 2 months with the same service engine light problem.. several visit which merely consisted of resetting the check engine light. If you want to buy a car here, cross your fingers and hope it runs perfect because if you have to deal with them you'll find their attitude toward the customer is garbage. They continue putting off the repair so now I am taking my car to a mechanic with a brain and some initiative. Steer clear of Graham Hall Autos.

BE WARY - Shady sales tactics and overall uneasy feeling making any purchase here - I was an out of state buyer, purchased a 330CI 2001 BMW - price was good and agreed upon 500 off advertised cost - left deposit in and arranged for independant mechanic to check the vehicle which was mint - ran VIN with dealer BMW and Carfax checked out - called day to finalize arrangements and pick up/pay and was told by owner sales person all was good as I offered a considerable cash deposit - When I got there, after payment completed I was basically lied to and the owner (guy I spoke with on the phone who agreed on my price offer for tax/receit) basically said he never said anything??? xxx - They have like only 4 employee's and most have foreign accents - the guy I spoke with on the phone had the clearest or lightest accent which was the same guy who was lying to me in front of my face after I made the purchase!! - The title was not available at purchase which was on a weds - He said by Friday it would be sent from auction house in NJ - Friday came and guess what? - title was not there - I called the irrate saleman and he said the owner - the light accented no I never made such a deal on the phone comment was not there and he didn't know where the title was at the moment!! ARG!! - idiots wasting my time - so he assured me next day title would be there - so Sat, next day I called and the saleman "Baba" said it was - I went to pick it up which included 2 reassignment notices and original title from another licensed dealer in NJ.hmmm....ok. I also questioned them that there was NO floor mats in both front seats of the car and if they removed them during cleaning or detailing? one of the guys said to ask "sammy' again the owner - guess what? sorry don't know about that - cheap xxxxxxxx couldn't even replace or give me floor mats for a 18K car I just purchased from them!!! - Car was even out of gas when I picked it up and they had a car lot lackey run across the street with 5 bucks and a plastic container to fill some in - CHEAP! Took title and left and worked on completing paperwork to send back to my out of state DMV for tag registration and title - story ends? NO! - 3 days later there title person callas and tells me all apologetic like that they forgot to give me the MV50 DMV form which is needed to transfer ownership of the car - Jesus christ! - Lucky I did not send the paperwork out or else I would have been screwed and have to waste more time for the DMV to send me back all my documents because these morons who are obviously unprofessional - FORGOT the MV50 form!!!! - In any case, steer clear, buyer BEWARE and INFORM yourself as a consumer and GIVE your hard earned money and business to a "stealership" that at the very least is somewhat professional, courteous and HONEST!!

I went to Hamburg motors oringanly just to window shop an I walked away with a used car. Russ Sparcino was great to work with, the test drives that they allowed me to take even letting me bring the car to my own mechannic. At first they didnt have what I wanted then Russ told me to give him what I was looking for and within days my phone rang. "Omar, Russ form Hamburg Motors, I found what your looking for" I got in my old car an when I arrived at the dealership there she was my pearl white chevy impala. WOW thats mine is all i could come up with when i saw it. Oh did I mention as we were doing paper work he offered my wife and I lunch. Which at the time was very thoughtful as my wife was pregnant and was starving. Hamburg Motors is more than a dealership they make you feel like family.

Posting a one star review because that’s the lowest possible rating I can give. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership 6 months ago and it has already needed a new fuel pump, battery, computer board, head gasket, rotors, fuel level sensor…and to top it all off…a brand new engine. I was also surprised to see that the coolant hose was “repaired” by pouring a cheap liquid sealant down into the tank instead of replacing it like an honest mechanic would. We made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They have been known to sell LEMON VEHICLES to their clients. The vehicle we purchased not even half a year ago was an absolute LEMON. If you value your hard earned money in any way, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! It’s more like a glorified junkyard than a car dealership.

We traveled two hours to this dealership and am so glad we did!! Not only did we get a fantastic deal on a vehicle, their customer service is top notch! We got a flat tire ten miles from arriving at the dealership and they sent a tow truck immediately. They even helped us get two new tires at the best cost ever. After we purchased a vehicle through them, there was an issue with the engine. Manny and his crew followed through with every detail and got the problem fixed and paid for. He always responded to calls and texts and made sure we were taken care of even being two hours away. If I can buy every used vehicle from them from now on, I will! Can’t put a price on fantastic customer service and peace of mind!
