Well walked into dealership and then was taken to used cars.The guy who helped us Rob then showed us one car in my price range and never explained nothing on car.Never asked me to drive it or even asked me if I wanted to sit in it.He definitely is not a good salesperson.I would never recommend him in the future.Next time I walk into Nissan it will be to buy brand new car so won't need to deal with him.Overall happy with service center and everyone over there.Very nice to me and did what needed to be done to my car when issues happened.

No response to multiple inquires over multiple vehicles in a week. Did not give them my phone number but did give email as my preferred contact method. No response at all. When I give my phone number I get buried with nasty sales people trying to hard sell me, so I avoid giving it out.

Wonderful! In addition to the stunning inventory, they were super non-pressure, and made every step of the process astonishingly easy. I felt at ease immediately with the salesman Gary, and all others of staff were very friendly and helpful. The head of service department was incredibly helpful in pointing out details of the operation and maintenance of the car that were not obvious. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made, despite the fact that it's the most expensive car I've every bought (only because it's the nicest I've ever bought!) Despite fact that I'm clearly not as financially blessed as most of their clients. This purchase was a big deal for me financially, and not just a fun whim. Nevertheless, they treated me as if I was a millionaire! Gary was great, as were all I met at the dealership! I'd recommend this Autosport Designs to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary car at a fair price.

VERY poor communication and customer service. Inquired about a classic truck multiple time after bidding on it on ebay and not meeting the reserve, and I was high bidder. I was ready to buy it with cash, full price. No reply until two weeks later saying it was "just sold." Really?! I guess you could have sold it sooner if you actually replied to my numerous ebay and email messages. You lost any of my future business, and I buy, collect, and sell a lot of classic cars. A bad reputation spreads fast in this business...

This place has been known to forge Carfax reports. Always get the VIN and do your own search. They roll back odometers. They also have almost ALL these vehicles posted online all over the country. They want to sell through eBay so they can steal your money and never deliver. I have emails and text as proof and the police are being notified. I guess they don't realize, or don't care, once they involved the internet, it brought in FBI involvement.

We wanted to buy a car for our son. We looked at what they had on the lot. We were not planning on spending a lot of money. We purchased a car from the dealer after test driving it and having a general feeling that the car was in pretty good shape. Upon getting it home we noticed a coolant warning light on the dashboard. The car had a little leak and we worried that it would be an expensive repair. We called the dealer who said please bring it back so he could fix it for us. Turned out the car needed a new radiator. Broadway had a new radiator installed the next day and gave us the car back with absolutely no hassle or discussion. The company stood by the car they sold us and made us happy customers. Buying a used car, especially a cheeper one is always a gamble. At this point we have a lot of faith that we found a good one and extremely happy that the dealer did not abandon us. Next time we need a car we will absolutey check Broadway's stock and see if we can do business with them again. Thank you Hector for your patience, honesty and obvious pride in your customer service.

I spoke with Anthony on the phone & in person. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, not pushy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that we came in to see and that my son was very interested in, a few days later. The process was very smooth and efficient. We got a really good, quality car, with low mileage and fair pricing. I’m very pleased with my experience at Car Tech Enterprise.

Looking for BMW Z3 01' or 02'. Bob said they had one but it was sold. Then said it was contingent on a test drive? Said he would call me back either way that afternoon. After not hearing from him I called. Said deal was 99% done but thought they might be getting another one in. This is basically a collectors car that I have cash for. I had bought one new in 01 but had to give up my "toy" until my kids were grown. Can now afford my toy. Bob called back with "great news" next morning. Deal fell through because dash cover was faded by sun? Z3's don't have a dash cover. It would cost $3500 to replace and dealership was not willing to pay for it. To make a long story with a lot of ???? short drove 45 miles to test drive a piece of junk! I know the car well and they personally destroyed any chance they had of selling it. They tore off a leather cover that someone had put on. Glue was all over the dash. The wood grain interior was coming off. The electric top, it's a roadster, didn't work and Bob didn't even know it was electric. He did know it didn't open. He is rude, unscrupulous, and doesn't have a clue about his product. Basically everyone's worst idea of a used car salesman. I'll just keep doing my due diligence. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Highly recommend people do a lot of research on people and dealers that sell new or used cars. Bought a lot of both and the stories I have you wouldn't want to hear. Thankfully only actually bought one lemon when I was very young. Color me older and wiser.

This place if full of crooks and liars. Just bad customer service overall. Dealership like this is why people have such a hatred for all dealerships. I work at a dealership myself and stated that to the " sales manager" who i was dealing with (Joseph). I live in NJ so it is a far trip, i asked all the questions needed and at first the guy seemed respectful and honest. He said " there are no other fees other than a 295 doc fee, tax, and motor vehicle charge". So I made an appt, drove 1 & 1/2 hrs to NY, filled out credit and patiently waited about 3 hours for an approval . When they finally brought me into the finance office they tried to tack on a $1995 "certification fee" to the list price. The salesman acted like he didn't know. The manager didn't do anything to make it right. They all lied straight through their teeth. I even said i would be ok with a $1400 additional charge (so just a 600 dollar difference than what they wanted) just to get the car and get out of there. But they wouldn't budge at all. Again at first the salesman, dealership, and all seemed great. Until it came time to sign papers and that's where ALL the lies/jokes/ and xxxxxxxx came to the surface. I have never been so disrespected by a dealership and their staff before like this. BEWARE TO ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you are ok with being played and going in there knowing you will be paying $2-3k more than list price. I never leave reviews, but after this experience i had to.
