This dealership is a Rip OFF and DANGEROUS. I bought a used car from Adam's Motor. He sold me an unsafe family vehicle; he lied and said the car was safe. He said the cars were inspected on his lot. He over charged me for a SUV family vehicle. I would soon learn within two weeks of driving the breaks locked on me while driving the car. Once my mechanic looked it over, he said the car should not have passed inspection with the number of issues it had. I was overcharged and I financed the car which intern lengthen the borrowed amount at a higher rate. He also sold me a warranty that could not be used due to the NY laws of used vehicles. The car was over the warranty limit, and he sold a warranty to me anyway. I tried reaching out to Adam to speak with him about the matter he has had other employees answering the phone saying he does not work at the dealership. I am currently reporting this dealership. This dealership is selling lemons and the asking prices are way above what the cars should be valued at. Also, people can get hurt or die buying any car from this untrustworthy dealer.

There was no pressure and they didnt even ask me to leave a deposit on the car I was interested in. They also have amazing prices much better than i would of imagined. I had such a negative experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehicle, they stated that ANY overcharge for DMV fees will be REFUNDED to me. After receiving my DMV receipt, I noticed they overcharged me around $200! So the refund check arrives from Audi Queens and I was only refunded $29! I contacted the sales manager Justin Liu about the discrepancy to which he was unable to explain why the refund was only $29 at first. The second day he stated everyone is charged the same amount for out of state plate (never mentioned on contract or verbally communicated through the whole purchase process) and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you.” He was also extremely rude and unprofessional. So if you purchased a car here, look at your contract and compare it with the DMV receipt. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. They have no business ethics.

Well walked into dealership and then was taken to used cars.The guy who helped us Rob then showed us one car in my price range and never explained nothing on car.Never asked me to drive it or even asked me if I wanted to sit in it.He definitely is not a good salesperson.I would never recommend him in the future.Next time I walk into Nissan it will be to buy brand new car so won't need to deal with him.Overall happy with service center and everyone over there.Very nice to me and did what needed to be done to my car when issues happened.

Wonderful! In addition to the stunning inventory, they were super non-pressure, and made every step of the process astonishingly easy. I felt at ease immediately with the salesman Gary, and all others of staff were very friendly and helpful. The head of service department was incredibly helpful in pointing out details of the operation and maintenance of the car that were not obvious. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made, despite the fact that it's the most expensive car I've every bought (only because it's the nicest I've ever bought!) Despite fact that I'm clearly not as financially blessed as most of their clients. This purchase was a big deal for me financially, and not just a fun whim. Nevertheless, they treated me as if I was a millionaire! Gary was great, as were all I met at the dealership! I'd recommend this Autosport Designs to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary car at a fair price.

VERY poor communication and customer service. Inquired about a classic truck multiple time after bidding on it on ebay and not meeting the reserve, and I was high bidder. I was ready to buy it with cash, full price. No reply until two weeks later saying it was "just sold." Really?! I guess you could have sold it sooner if you actually replied to my numerous ebay and email messages. You lost any of my future business, and I buy, collect, and sell a lot of classic cars. A bad reputation spreads fast in this business...

This place has been known to forge Carfax reports. Always get the VIN and do your own search. They roll back odometers. They also have almost ALL these vehicles posted online all over the country. They want to sell through eBay so they can steal your money and never deliver. I have emails and text as proof and the police are being notified. I guess they don't realize, or don't care, once they involved the internet, it brought in FBI involvement.
