Overall good experience. Purchased a nice car a few weeks ago. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed a small door ding and a tiny crack on the windshield. I was skeptical at first… though the seller agreed to reimburse me for repairs following purchase. i had repairs done locally a few days ago . They sent me money for the repairs right away. Car is looking good and running great.

I Drive an hour away, and from the door Great service! More then fair trade in!! Finance Department was awesome, my credit not the best. Sold my father a 2012 dodge ram, within a month it broke down, the $2500 warranty they sold him covers very limited internal engine parts, after a brand new alternator, battery, multiple sensors and a new ecm the cost of parts was pushing $4,000. They did nothing to help as they kept saying the warranty didnt cover but yet all this happened in less then a month. Never buy from this place. You will get scammed. I also never received the referral bonus. My father has been in touch and they offered him nothing but excuses. I will gladly tell people to not come here and will never refer another person.

Horrible experience! AVOID!! - Terrified customer

VERBALLY ASSAULTED by owner. Absolutely terrified, such a horrendous experience. I am a single woman who spent 4 hours and $75 dollars to get an older, low mileage car checked out because Mr. Sarinsky told me they only sell quality cars and blah, blah, blah. My mechanic found numerous problems including evidence of a major engine malfunction. I was prepared to repair some things on my own dime but NOT an obvious cover-up of a major problem. When I showed the owner the list of problems he exploded, calling me a "CRAZY PIG" and that my mechanic is a liar. I was totally stunned, why on earth would I put so much time and money out if i wasn't a serious buyer??? HE IS TERRIFYING and no one should ever be treated like that, especially a single woman who he expected to be able to cheat because, you know, all women are crazy and stupid. He went on and on about being in business for 30 years but most of that time was before the internet exposes cheats and frauds. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, I wouldn't trust them to wash my car.

Absolutely Dreadful Experience - SASsucks

Terrible. I got a car from here, and it was a 30 day warranty (if something happened they would fix it.) Well 2 months after we got it we notice something wrong with the brakes, I took it to someone who said these brakes were not checked in god knows how long that it was metal to metal (No pads left). The guy couldn't believe it ever passed inspection (or was ever even looked at). Then we noticed the car doors wouldn't close. Took it to the same person who fixed it saying that this was crazy. AND NOW we notice that the battery is dying and took it to the same person AGAIN, they said that this was the original battery that it has never been taken out or changed. Its like we need to get to work, we pay so much on it that getting things fixed every single month is something we don't need and can't afford. They pushed this one car on us and we thought it was good, well no. They just wanted to get rid of it and we have been suffering for it. We haven't even had it a year! If there was a option to give no stars I would. They may be able to help those who have bad credit but it will hurt your wallet in the end. How do you expect someone to pay for their car when you can't even give a safe working car to someone???? Oh! and if you wish to pay once a month don't try, they can shut your car off till you pay. We had to pay every two weeks and we had rent one of those two so we thought they we will do one big payment this month. Nope. They shut it off without any warnings. AGAIN, how do you expect for someone to pay when they can't even go to work?!!?! To top it all off, I have had (on THREE occasions) this company Disable my car when I was as far as TWO MONTHS ahead on payments, they used the excuse that "The serial number of the device installed on my car is the same as someone Else's, and that THAT person didn't pay their payment on time." My response to this was of course to file the matter with the BBB and they already had an F Rating there. After that I took the Accessory fuse out so they could no longer disable my vehicle. It cost me my On-Star subscription, since they shared the same fuse, but all in all, I remained virtually unaffected by it since On-Star was a luxury anyways. In summary; If you have terrible credit, but enough money to throw around at CONSTANT repairs, this is the place for you. Or if you are looking for a poorly maintained and extremely overpriced project car, this place is right up your alley. But if you have poor credit, and live close to Paycheck to Paycheck, you'd have better luck making your own Franken-Car with parts dredged out of a junk yard and held together with Duct-Tape and Prayers. The only good thing is that if you NEED an inspection sticker, this place has plenty of hot-stickers, because they don't actually inspect the vehicles, just give them stickers, because it is easier to sell you a car you THINK will work than to sell you one that will.

I purchased a 435 from Certified Select Motors, the experience was great from the first time i walked in to me walking out with a brand new car. Promises were kept, YES, they do have fee's but standard dealership fee's that everyone else has in the US overall. The car was in great condition and for the price they offered to sell the car for, everything was worth it. They bundled me with everything including premium warranty which was great. They werent pushy whatsoever and took great care of me.

Worst Experience Ever!!! The lack of interest of selling a car from sales rep Jules was incredible. After spending almost 6.5 hours in this dealer they said the car I have decided for did not have the title, then because they felt very "embarrassed" they offered me a newer car for $1k more, which I agreed, but this car did not have the title neither...so I walked out that day leaving a $5k deposit and convinced that they were giving me a great deal and that they felt sorry for the time spent...nevertheless, when I got home I discovered that the vehicles they offered me were actually listed for less money in their website making me feel that the fooled me and had no respect at all for the time wasted. I got really upset and on Monday when they were supposed to call me first thing in the morning to let me know the status of the title, they actually called me at 6pm...I requested a refund...that night I saw another car so I called Jules next morning so I can go and see that car. He asked me to go on Friday and advised me that the car has no title neither, I went and see the car and I agreed to take that one assuming that a week passed by already and the title would be there soon...another week passed by and no Jules anywhere, how come they don't care about customers in this hard times? no calls or emails from him updating about the title, so I called him after two weeks and decided to ask for my money back as I felt no respect from them...that was Friday and next week Thursday I haven't received my money back so I decided to emailed him and manager Ike who help me process the refund as Jules never made the request...seriously they play games and have no respect for people...they made me waste time and money because Jules never canceled the insurance when they told me he did. Again, this was my worst experience ever after my two previous cars purchases were smooth.
